Hypanimz
Kettering Town - Barclays Premier League - 2034/35 Definately my most frustrating season in charge of Kettering. Started poorly and only got better after the update and I managed to find a tactic that actually worked! The most surprising thing is we actually won 5 trophies this season but that hid alot of negatives. League Table Past Positions Rubbish. We played badly early on and lost more than we won. Once I had the update my tactics just stopped working and I had to find a new one. It took a long time to find one and eventually on March 17th we began to pick up points. We lost only 1 game from then until the end of the season and we moved up from 12th place and stole the Champions League spot on the final day of the season. Without a doubt my most frustrating season. Hopefully next season will be better. FA Cup - 6th round exit to Everton. I always struggle in this competition. Capital One Cup - Winners. Beat Chelsea on penalties in the final. Champions League - Back to back winners! Easy group stage as we went through as winners. We just beat Atletico Madrid 3-2 before beating Bayern Munich 4-2. The semi final saw us destroy Arsenal 6-1 before facing Inter Milan in the final. We were without both of our strikers and no left winger but amazingly we won 1-0 with a goal from Bozzo. Club World Cup - Easy 2-0 win over Boca. Squad - Lacking Depth and de la Torre is getting a bit old now so will need to find a replacement. Will be a busy summer. Transfers - The 2 big signings took a while to settle but eventually did okay. Brought in 66m from player sales. Didnt replace the outgoing well enough. Finances - £31.6m Profit. Youth Intake - New section as I will be profiling the best young talent that comes through my academy. This season it is Omari Douglas Who is English centre back with a PA of 4.5 stars Key Player Profiles: Gerhard Rieser - Poor before the update, Amazing after. 31 goals mostly at the end of the season. Cristian Bozzo - 32 assists is a new club record. World class player. Lewis Ashley - Back up striker and also plays left wing. Bought as a 18 year old for £21m Moustapha Sylla - Centre back who chipped in with some important goals. Matias Blizzozero - Always here. Only 7 goals and 7 assists. Injured a bit but still good ratings. rGade
Weird how you did really bad in the Premier League, yet you won 5 trophies this season, 1 of those 5 being the Champions League. Weird season. Hopefully you'll be a title challenger next season, as you found form at the end of this season.

Weird season. Hopefully you'll be a title challenger next season, as you found form at the end of this season. Yeah it was a crazy season. I always seem to struggle when I play in the Club World Cup. So that means next season could be a struggle as well. We really picked it up after the new update which is hopefully good news for the new season. You don't need to do well in the league if you're going to win the Champions League every season. Just ask Robbie Di Matteo... I've noticed that we have become a bit of a cup specialist. Hopefully we can get the league title back this season. Hypanimz
Ive changed my mind. I will be sticking with 3 updates a season. Pre-Season 2035/36 After last seasons shocking league form I really want to go for the title this year. I havent sold any players from my first team squad despite receiving offers for some players. I've only added one new player who is a Greek 22 year old left winger who will be replacing de la Torre as he is getting a bit old now so will not play as often. My new winger cost a cool £25m. Preseason friendlies were very good. We destroyed each team we played. We beat RC Lens 3-0, Hemel Hempstead 7-0, AS Monaco 3-1, Nancy 5-0, Gent 4-0 and finally Saint-Etienne 6-1. Hopefully this gives us a good platform for the season coming up as we kick off the league season against league champions Arsenal. I want to challenge for the title again, if we play how we finished last season we will have a chance. Aims Challenge For League Title Win Champions League 3 Times In A Row Give Omari Douglas 10 Games

Hypanimz
Can we have a screenshot of this pricy Greek? Sure. Triantafyllos Logaras. His value automatically increased to £30.5m after the transfer and his debut was a 3-2 victory over league champions Arsenal in the opening game of the Premier League season. Hypanimz
Well done on another Champions League. Thank you very much. Hopefully we can make it 3 in a row. That is one pricy Greek! But looks for good value too. Douglas looks like a great youth addition too He was pricy but I think definately worth it. I'm really excited about the future Douglas has. He could be the rock at the heart of my youth only team in the future. Your most definitely a cup specialist ] Hopefully everything clicks right next season and you can win the league! We love the cups (apart from the FA Cup, always struggle there.) Just need to focus on the league a little more. Definitely worth the money that guy. I think so. He should be a mainstay of the team for the next 8/9 seasons or so.
Hypanimz
Mid - Season Update 2035/36 League Squad One of our best starts to the season. We have lost twice in our first 19 games and have 43 points already to our name. Unfortunately Man City have started better and have a 7 point gap over us already. Hopefully we can catch them up in the second half of the season. We have been doing well in the cups. We beat Wolves in the European Super Cup and then we beat Boca in the Club World Cup. We have also progressed into the semi finals in the Capital One Cup and were are in the 4th round of the FA Cup. Champions League progress was simple, We had already been guarenteed a place in the knockouts before the final game so I rested the squad, we lost finished 2nd and then got a unlucky draw against Barcelona. Hopefully we can beat them and look to retain our crown. Hopefully we can continue our form and catch Man City. Should be a interesting second half of the season. Hypanimz
Kettering Town - Barclays Premier League - 2035/36 Very promising season. We lost our European crown but we won the FA Cup for only the second time in our history. We were the League top scorers and only lost 3 games. Unfortunately Man City didnt slip up and recorded 92 points. We would of won the league in 11 of the previous 23 seasons with our points tally so I cant really complain. League Table Past Positions Man City were in a different league. They were top all season long and we could only hope for them to slip up. They didnt so we had to make do with second place. We outplayed every team in the league including City but we just drew a few too many games. Hopefully next season will be the one for us. We slipped up when Rieser was injured for 3 months and then Ashley got injured for 5 weeks and I had to play a 16 year old striker for 5 weeks. FA Cup - Winners. Beat Chelsea on penalties in the final. Our toughest tie was in the 5th round were Norwich took us to a replay. We made our way to the final and outclassed Swansea 3-0 to win the trophy for the second time. Capital One Cup - Winners for the 3rd time in a row. Beat Man City in the final 2-0. Champions League - So close to making it 3 in a row. Got through the group easily and faced Barcelona in the first knockout round. We got a 1-0 win at home before winning 3-0 in the Camp Nou. We then had a 6-4 victory over Real Madrid before we got Chelsea in the semi final. We should of won by more than the 2-1 margin in the first leg and that haunted us as we lost 3-1 in the second leg with Chelsea scoring the winner in the 119th minute. Chelsea went on to win the competition. Club World Cup - Easy 2-0 win over Boca for the second season running. Squad - Getting a little bit old now. Will need to start finding replacements as players are reaching their 30's now. Transfers - Just the one incoming which was my Greek star. Nobody left the club from my first team squad. Finances - £9.8. Profit Youth Intake - Jonathan Williamson is the pick of the bunch. 4 Star potential for the young striker. Key Player Profiles: Gerhard Rieser - World player of the year. 39 goals in 33 games. Spent a long time injured. Cristian Bozzo - Hit by injuries this season. Played only 31 games but set up 26 goals. Lewis Ashley - Played well when Rieser was injured but then got injured himself. 19 goals in 24. Triantafyllos Logaras - Well worth the investment. Broke Bozzo's assist record in a amazing debut season. Matias Blizzozero - Another quality season. Really struggling to find a long term successor to him. Hypanimz
Pre-Season 2036/37 We came close last season so this season I want to challenge again. I struggled to find any players to improve my squad so I only brought in one player who can play attacking midfielder or as a striker as cover from Man United. I also have to thank Man United as they bid £8m for one of my youth academy players I had forgotten about so he got promoted up to the first team squad after a successful loan spell at Celtic last season. 100% preseason with simple wins over Monaco, Lille, Lyon and Hinckley before we won the Community Shield with a simple win over Man City 1-0. Hopefully we can improve on last season and win the league. Aims Challenge For League Title Win Champions League Retain FA Cup

Hypanimz
Amazing that you've only won the PL once having challenged for years. Yeah its very frustrating. Hypanimz
Mid - Season Update 2036/37 League Squad Very promising start to the season. We currently sit 3 points clear of our nearest challengers Man City. We have been on equal points until we beat them 3-1 on matchday 16 and took top spot outright. We have played very well for the first half of the season apart from losing 3 games in a row we have looked extremely solid. Hopefully we can continue in the second half of the season. We wont be making it 4 League Cups in a row as Chelsea knocked us out in the 3rd round. I'm not disappointed as we can focus on other objectives this season. Champions League progress was simple. We topped our group with 14 points winning 4 and drawing the other 2 matches. We can look forward to facing Dortmund in the first knockout round. I hope we can continue playing the same way for the second half of the season.

Thank you very much, I'm really enjoying this save and I'm so pleased to see that others also seem to enjoy my progress. With Rieser I have him set as a advanced forward as he seems to perform best in that role. The majority of his goals come from my wide midfielders swinging in crosses and he will score with his feet or his head. He scores a fair few from dribbling from far out and he also scores the occasional goal from long range. Overall he is the complete package and we probably wouldnt achieve that much without him.... as you will see in my end of season update which is coming up next
Hypanimz
Kettering Town - Barclays Premier League - 2036/37 This season was one of my favourites at the club. We didnt enjoy much success in the cup competitions but we did manage to win the Premier League for the second time in the clubs history. Really pleased to win it and win it so comfortably. League Table Past Positions[/url] We simply blew away the opposition. We led from week 15 and only lost top spot twice after that and that was only due to us playing a fixture after Man City. For alot of the second half of the season we were level on points or I had a 3 point lead until the final 10 games where Man City had a tough run in and I had already played all the big teams and had a easy run to the finish. City slipped up and we won the league with 5 games to spare. We were league top scorers and we had the best defence. We did lose 7 matches but amazingly only drew 1. FA Cup - Couldnt retain our trophy. A 4-1 defeat to Man Utd in the semi final knocked us out after a terrible display. Capital One Cup - Couldnt make it 4 in a row after Chelsea knocked us out in the 3rd round. Not worried as I dont value this competition any more. Champions League - Made easy work of the group stage and I thought we had a chance at winning the trophy again. Unfortunately Dortmund sent us packing in the 1st knockout round 4-2 on aggregate. We destroyed them in both legs but the goalkeeper was outstanding. Shock exit but hopefully we do better next season. Squad - Had the same core for a while now. Players will need replacing due to ageing legs. Transfers - Nothing special. One squad player in and outgoings was loans for youngsters. Finances - £26.4m loss. Champions League prize money and revenue is the big difference here. Youth Intake - Paddy Gunn is a 4 star PA right winger. Got some very good youth prospects coming through now who will be replacing some of my ageing stars as squad players to give them experience and maybe they will become the core of my youth only team in the future. Key Player Profiles: Gerhard Rieser - World player of the year again. Scored 59 goals in 49 games including 41 in the league which is a new record. Cristian Bozzo - Another injury hit season but set up 24 goals in 32 games. Marvin Ramirez - Amazing understudy to Bozzo. Set up 24 and scored 9 in 31 games. Triantafyllos Logaras - My pricy Greek was world class again this season. Worth every penny. Matias Blizzozero - At 31 is getting on a bit now but is still amazing. Hypanimz
Pre-Season 2037/38 After winning the title last season I really want to retain it this season. I would also like to go further into the Champions League after last seasons shock elimination. No new signings for this season as I'm happy with my squad and I have improved it by bringing in some my youth academy graduates for squad depth. I have sold some players this summer with Ndongala leaving for 10m. I also decided to sell Abel Garcia for £4.8m as I didnt think he would ever make it. My final sale was Yacine Mammeri who left for £20m. I was surprised to get so much for him as I only paid £3m for him 7 seasons ago and he made just 15 appearances. Not that I'm complaining though! On squad news I have decided that at 33 Moustapha Sylla will no longer be a starting centre back as I think its time for 18 year old youth academy graduate Omari Douglas to become a regular. When comparing the two Sylla is only slightly better but as Douglas currently has 1.5 stars CA and a 4.5 star PA I think with this seasons experience he could become world class. He has backed me up so far with very good displays in the friendlies and the Community Shield. Easy preseason with simple wins on my Korean tour before beating Marseille 4-1 in my final friendly. We lost the community shield to Man City on penalties. Really looking to retain our Premier League crown this year and hopefully win the Champions League as well. bov
Why do you make so few substitutions? Last seasons I count about 0.3-0.4 subs per match. Hypanimz
Great job maintaining the success. Cheers Nobby. Why do you make so few substitutions? Last seasons I count about 0.3-0.4 subs per match. What's the reason for not giving your young guns 10 minutes at the end when you're winning clearly and your experienced reserves 20 minutes when you're defending a close lead? You make a very good point. I dont really know why I dont make many changes. Usually only when players get injured or sent off I'll make a change. I think its something I will have to do more now that I'm really beginning to focus on youth team players.
