Guest
Just popping my head around the door. Initally, I thought the sending off of Rooney was harsh (for the push), but having seen the stamp - he had to go. As for Ronaldo - as good a player as he is, the lad is a c0ck and to me he didn't have the look of someone who will be playing for Man United next season. There was just something about his body language to me that suggests he'll be off to pastures new. If he doesn't, Taggart may now have a problem between him and Rooney. Coldberg
Did I see the Daily Star linking us with a £25 million move for Tevez on SSN as I woke up? Oh & there is an article in the Mirror about why Ronaldo chose to stay at United today. Basically saying we have stuck by him, no problem with Rooney, one of the biggest clubs in the world. Says he did say he would like to play in Spain one day but if he had to spend the mrest of his career at United he wouldn't be unhappy about it. If he manages to continue his early season form I may have to jump on the CRIFB bandwagon.

Nah, in all honesty I've just got a feeling you're due. We're going to lack the width that's served us so well so far this season without Giggs or Park. Fabregas is someone who needs to be fairly well shackled to limit his influence on the game, and we've got no-one who'll really do that. Henry can't go this long without a big performance. "When we’re away watching Weakest Link in our hotel he wants to win. O'Pie says that Ferguson has not lost any enthusiasm: "Spending that long at any club is a great achievement. "When he first arrived he was determined to bring success to the club and the players still see that in every team talk and every training session. "When he finally decides to call it a day the state and good health he’ll leave the club in will be unbelievable. "He is a one-off and he will rightly go down as the greatest manager ever. BBB
The weird goal celebration explained <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> MANCHESTER United stars pretend to fire ROCKET LAUNCHERS in their wacky new goal celebration — inspired by a computer game they play against rival Chelsea aces. The players shoulder their “weapons†as if in a Sony PlayStation scene. They drop to one knee and raise open hands in line with their shoulders — just like characters in the game SOCOM US Navy Seals. Stars of both teams compete regularly against each other by playing the game online. A club source said last night: “They are deadly rivals at everything and computer games are no different. “It’s combat on and off the pitch.†The on-pitch ritual — which has baffled fans up and down the country — was first seen at Old Trafford last week, when United beat Everton 3-0. John O’Shea scored the third goal, ran over to fans, dropped to one knee and raised his hands to the rocket-firing position. Last Saturday Rio Ferdinand ran over to United supporters at Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium and repeated the routine with Darren Fletcher, scorer of the winner in their 2-1 victory. Chelsea’s John Terry and Frank Lampard were among the first to take up the computer game challenge with Rio and Wayne Rooney at an England international get-together. In the online version of the game players take over the role of a US Navy Seal — one of the most elite positions in the US military. The aim is to lead a team of Seals and prevent the US being attacked. A Sony spokesman said: “John Terry’s agent has been on the phone begging for the new version of the game due out early next year. “We sorted some of the Chelsea lads out with an earlier model — and also some of the England players.†</div></BLOCKQUOTE> fffffffffffffffb

JulesMUFC
just got back LOLZ! i live round the corner etc. was a pretty odd game really in terms of atmosphere and performance. I dont know if its just me or recently are we finding it hard to just to ****ing clear the ball further than 20 yards and 80 yards in the air. For the life of me i dont know why we couldnt put it out or just HOOF it into their half. very bizarre. From the stands Saha had a really good game, held up well with some good strength and neat runs. Richardson was ****ing atrocious, Park was hit and miss did well receiving some shocking balls from the middle of the park/wesley but on the attack ****. Ole did well, better than recently. Rio was pretty good, VDS did well he didnt really flap at too much as Scatter was saying they were pretty decent balls in from where i was. Atmosphere, overall was pretty mundane, so many ****ers just standing and not making a noise. those park followers from fulham were there again in their zany ****ing clothing wearing shitty girl boots. queers. Moved around seats a shed load really with people being wankers about where i stood as it was by their seat. **** off! Hansen giving it the 5 times after about 20minutes of abuse was quite good, fair play to him. Alan Shearer just looking like he was going to cry after many renditions of david may super star. Reading fans ****, "we support our local team" /"we are super reading, super reading ..." small time stuff every 15minutes or so. also so many united dickhead fans doing the easy chant at 3nil. but i suppose almost understandably as it was 6mins in. Berkshire police and stewards handing out leaflets about us having to sit in our seats and we would evicted from the ground and allocation reduced in future. No one was sitting in our end at all, stewards did nothing. Im pretty boozed up so this is just my ramblings.
