Weiry Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 It's around that time of year again where FM has become a bit boring so in order to spice it up I have decided to bring back the win one take one international game! The game is simple and all you have to do is visit the thread at least once a day to play. Using FM19 and the FM In Game Editor each player picks a nation to 'control' and I simulate through the games. If the player controlled nation wins = The player can 'take' any player from the opposition's starting 11 to use for their nation in future macthes If the player controlled nation loses = The player loses the player with the WORST average rating to the opposition nation If the player controlled nation draws = The player with the BEST average rating from each nation is swapped I might incorporate a few more features to the game like rewarding nations (increasing youth rating, reputation etc.) and small things like that but if you have any suggestions let me know Once I release the round results the members that have the option to 'take' will have 24 hours from that post to select a player - if failing to do this the member will receive a strike (3 strikes and you're out of the game) If you know you won't be active for a space of time put it in the thread or message me and I will just select the highest valued player in the opposition side if your team wins You can choose to be any nation except for Germany and Japan (as I don't have their squads - but you can still take from these nations) So you can be the powerhouse of Brazil or the minnows of Bhutan it is your choice! I'll be leading UKRAINE to World Cup glory I'll release the first round results once we get a decent amount of participants. But anyone can join at any time.. Had a lot of fun with the last one, although I lost my best GKs (generally have the lowest rating in a heavy loss). So maybe something to prevent that happening to often for smaller nations would be nice. I would be against bonuses and other messing around. Cant wait for it to start!
