Lower Leagues Rule
Des Tiny's AD Fafe Youth Update Player 1a - Vitor Henriques - POR - AMC July 2010 July 2011 | Season | Squad | Games | Goals | Assists | MoM | Avg Rat | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| | 2010/11 | U19s | 19 | 1 | 2 | 0 | 6.38 | | | Senior| 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 6.40 | | 2011/12 | | | | | | | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| Had an average season, but with my senior AMC's retiring at the end of this season he will play back-up for the squad this time around. Player 1b - Jose Antunes - POR - AMC July 2010 July 2011 | Season | Squad | Games | Goals | Assists | MoM | Avg Rat | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| | 2010/11 | U19s | 22 | 3 | 0 | 1 | 6.19 | | 2011/12 | | | | | | | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| I think Antunes was very average though he did pick up three goals on the season, will be a wait and see policy with him, tempted to give him another season in the U19s with several starts in the seniors, but he may head out to Imortal. Player 2a - Paulo Fonseca - POR - AMC/FC July 2011 | Season | Squad | Games | Goals | Assists | MoM | Avg Rat | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| | 2011/12 | | | | | | | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| Looks an absolute gem for the team, and his potential is to be as good as Martinho (My current No.1 Striker), so he is definitely one to watch. Player 2a - Ricardo Nunes - POR - D/MR July 2011 | Season | Squad | Games | Goals | Assists | MoM | Avg Rat | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| | 2011/12 | | | | | | | |-------------|-------|-------|-------|---------|-----|---------| I don't think Nunes is really the best of the rest, but I just love the way his stats are turned out for him to play on the wing, but the coaches don't rate him at all. I so forgot to post this here at the time, whoops
kroblues
Quick update, Ceccoli has managed to break into the first team and is keeping out a player who was my best by far last season. Urbinati is now second choice right winger but the first choice is 35 so he'll still get some game time (He has 25 caps too). Renzi isn't playing as much but still managed to score a free kick which got him GoTM

I started a lower league team in China in my challenge. They're not lower league anymore though. They are now the defending Chinese Super League champions. (with a Continental Reputation ) The main reason everyone is a lower league team is because of the amount of small club to big club challenges in CSE. DodgeeD
First goal for Kubilay! It came on the counter attack as we were 1-0 up with 5 minutes to go and the opposition were piling on the pressure. A long clearance came to Kubi on the halfway line and he sprinted into the box and chipped the keeper, securing the win in the process. I have to say though, apart from that he's been rubbish so far. Injuries meant he had a 4 game run in the team and he consistently gives the ball away or gets muscled out of the play... Still, early days. He'll get more chances but I'm not too hopeful for this one.

Guest roberto922
aka you don't want him to I have a feeling he'll be the first inductee in the HoF to be honest.
rancer890
Actually I think that Lijia might go in first before Jinhui...Lijia is older than Jinhui after all. (and nearing 30 years old too )

rancer890
Hope both go in! Remember Lijia scored his only 30 goal season in his first year in the CSL. Jinhui's just been stealin' the spotlight thats all.

He wasn't getting as much football as last season, but was performing much better when he was on the field. Will still get his chances next season, because my scouts have his P.A at 7* - and I just can't ignore that. Youth Project 2 - Simon Cain, Striker. Simon Cain - Initial Profile End of Season 1 - Profile Additional Information : Appointed Carshalton Vice Captain - 8.8.2011 (16 years old) D.O.B - 15.9.1994 Joined Carshalton - 08.07.2008 Left Carshalton - TBA. Scored 18 goals and had 3 months out on the sidelines. In those 3 months, the club played 17 games. So he missed out massively on a lot of goals, that I've no doubt would have made him the leading scorer for the season. In comparison to YP1's first season, Cains done much better, with a better goal to game ratio and even chipping in with nearly 3 times the amount of assists. Next season, if he doesn't get injured, I expect around 30 goals from the young man. Youth Project 3 - John Roscoe, Defender (Center). John Roscoe - Initial Profile D.O.B - 21.10.1995 Joined Carshalton - 08.07.2008 Left Carshalton - TBA. PPM's - None Left Foot - Fairly Strong Right Foot - Very Strong John Roscoe Player Information - So a two footed centerback, who has the potential to be a leading star in the Blue Square Premier. His defensive abilities aren't the best, and certainly not on a par with the rest of my squad, but he'll still get a few chances. *Something I've noticed, thats bugging me, is the join date for the players. I was actually making it up myself, and putting in the 25th of June of whichever year they came through, but then I found that theres actually a section that says when they joined. The only thing is, they're all on 08-07-2008. Its possible that thats when a whoe batch of mized players joined the youth team, I guess, so I'll keep putting in that date for a few seasons to see if it eventually changes. If it doesn't, I'll change it back to my original way of doing it.
NepentheZ
Just something else to add....... Of the batches of players I've had through, I've had a fair few very well received. CoachFlu
Heusden-Zolder's Youth Fodder (Division 3B, Belgium) 2010 pick: Niek Braun Season Club Apps Gls Asts MoM Yel Red Tck AvR 2010-11 Heusden-Zolder 3(6) 0 0 1 0 0 4.79 6.82 Our young defender got a few senior matches under his belt to aid his development, and should see some more action next season, with the goal of getting him to regular first team status the season after that. With a Free kick rating of 17, we also made him acquire the "Hits free kicks with power" move. 2011 pick: Theo Schumacher Decent (though not great) potential, but very low Current Ability, so this kid will stay in the U19 squad for a few years and will be re-evaluated in a year or two. Also scored 3 goals :*) Project 2, Callum Graham - GK Initial Profile End of Season 1 Profile ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Club Season Division Games Conc Cln Sheets MOTM Rating ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- FC United 2011-12 Blue Square North 0 0 0 0 N/A Summary - Was the 3rd choice Goalkeeper for most of the season, not sure what to do with him really as my first choice Goalkeeper is only in his early 20's and unless he receives a horror injury, this guy simply wont get a game. Project 3, Nathan Davis - GK Initial Profile Summary - Looks very good in the air, although with another GK in the side a year older than him, and according to the assistant he has a lower potential than Project 2, so I really doubt that he has a future at the club in the long term. NepentheZ
You should at least give them all 5-10 games in the first season Even if you're 3-0 up with 20 minutes left, give them that 20 minutes.
