Do I Have The Easiest Brexit?

With over 1,200 hours clocked on FM20, mostly (though not exclusively) in England, I thought I had seen most Brexit scenarios.

I got my message saying "EU nationals will require work permits".  So hard Brexit?

Not at all.  ALL non UK nationals now get work permits automatically.  I sign a player, irrespective of where he is from and he can play.

I take it this is the easiest Brexit of all?

Not even the rules for having to pay them over a certain level? I've never seen it where there are no requirements for a permit.

Go to "Rules" and scroll down to Work Permit, there it should say what the rules are.

I've got 17 foreigner limit, no work permits required.

That just happened in my game.  I am playing in Spain, so I am less concerned with what happens in England.  But it will be a little weird if leaving the EU makes it easier for players of all countries to come to England, due to relaxed work permit rules.

Thanks for the post DazRTaylor. I have a similar experience with Stourbridge playing in the Championship. I am unsure whether this occured during Brexit or some time later. Uncertain whether it is a bug or it is a a easy Brexit.
