Force professional status

Hi, one question, is it possible to force in the editor that only professional teams can be promoted to a certain division? 

So that these teams would be "forced" in the game to change their status if they promote. That happens for example in Spain with LaLiga and Second Division

I would also like to have an answer to this problem. I've looked through it but it seems that the only thing that is possible is to force the teams to give full time contracts, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work either.

Set all contract types in that specific competition to professional and game should force that. Also make sure league reputation is high enough - its not same for every country so try to test several times.
