Impossible to say for FM25 currently.  CPU wise it should be fine, but we don't know yet if FM25 will need a dedicated graphics card.

Looking at the below laptops is there much of a difference for the price ? I know its impossible to know how it will do for FM25 however would you guess they would both be okay ? Will only be used for FM and general web searching. Appreciate your help.

The Ryzen 7 linked previous is a faster CPU than the i5 here.  The graphics card in that one is better as well.

However, either will be fine for FM24 and I would assume FM25 too, although we don't have confirmation of system requirements for FM25 just yet.

So, if you can afford the extra then I'd say the more expensive one is worth paying the extra for, but if you'd rather pay less the one linked here should do just fine for you.
