Yeah I guessed that - I did a long running Russian Campaign last season.  Just run a holiday game and they have relegation and promotion from the Second League so have chosen there... first update coming soon

So because you're in Turkey 3, 13 or maybe even 12 could be considered an excellent attribute threshold.

 

My best player will look like this with the change: I feel like it just gives a better representation of the calibre of player for your current level. 11 crossing is probably no good for a Premier League winger, but for a winger in Turkey or Belgium 3 it's probably good to excellent.

 

So there's no hack there, it just helps me assess my players better for my current level.

A Club that has had a trouble past, "falling victim" in the Greek Match Fixing Scandal that seen them not only relegated from the First League, but also kicked out of the Europa League, on their only visit to the competition.  After much legal wrangling and fighting they were finally relegated to the non-league, making their way back into the Second League at the end of the 2020/2021 season... enter me (fun act team actually were managerless in db)

What i was trying to say was, make 13 the excellent threshold instead of 15!

If you change it once more as an experiment, make 13 the excellent threshold in green as it usually is, 10 the good threshold in yellow as it usually is and 8 the average threshold in white as it usually is and the check out Demirci as a better representation for how good he is at your level!

The 2029 Intake Preview with the new HOYD is looking GOOD!  Excellent group but one great GK prospect and two top center midfield prospects.  Yes please!

And it's good! Best one in years. I don't expect anyone here to take me to the next level, but it should be good enough for depth and potentially someone break into the first team.

Best player in this intake was Tzach Meir.

And it's a very special update because we got promotion!!!

We so nearly threw it away in the split, only winning 1 game. That game we won though was against Hapoel Ramat Gan, who were right behind us in 3rd. That was when we sealed our promotion.

Here was our best 11, gonna post each regen.

Bar Cohen - Spawned 2 intakes ago. Was the only servicable keeper I ever got in my intakes, so I had to use him after Hamama got too old.

Eden Harel - One of the earliest ones. I turned him into a LB as nothing was going for the LB's I was getting.

Gil Ben-Yosef - A newer one again, I turned him into a CB as I already had a good DM and my other CB's weren't quite at the level. He's turning out well.

Ben Ohayon - The same guy who didn't want to sign a contract stayed on a month to month for years and eventually caved into signing a new deal. The brutal reality is if he didnt do that or another club picked him up, I probably wouldn't have gotten promoted.

Eran Levi - Early one again, one of the faster players in the team.

Dudu Turgeman - Had ill discipline problems earlier in the save, but after benching him for an entire season, he's come back clean, which is good as he's key to my system.

Dudu Asher - One of the most important players in the team.

Maos Krispin - Spawned in my first intake. He was a bit of a whiny kid at the start but he matured and decided to get on with playing. Started the season off very well but ended it slowly.

Asher Avliav - Quality player, but was one of the weaker players performance wise this year.

Dror Shlimak - Was mostly rotation with another RW this year, but for the most part he played.

Shlomi Mizrahi - The best player to play here since Victor Mare.

I've had 2 or 3 big saves in this FM but this is comfortably my favourite team so far.

A disappointing season, but I can't fault the players for that. We were outclassed in the entire first half of the year, was 10 points behind a safe spot, and we managed to nearly survive. We actually escaped for a short amount of time near the end but ended up losing 3 of the final 4.

Mizrahi actually got the golden boot.

ACN Siena 1904 - 2033/34 Season Preview

The season has started and the media don't rate us that highly. Sad thing is, I can't even blame them. We've easily got one of the weakest teams in the division and we've got to rely on the team developing throughout the season as they have done over the last four seasons, which has helped us get to this stage. The aim is just to survive. Do I think we can do it? Probably not, but we can only try. If we don't try, then we won't know what can happen, can we now?

In other news, we got 40% of this sell to Udinese, it wasn't a lot of money mind you, but it is money that will help us as we try to develop the facilities and improve the backroom staff in the long run. It's also nice to see one of my former players getting a bigger move too, even if Udinese got relegated to Serie B last season.

Really good experiment but i saw other results that showed that ambition was quite important for development. Love what they are doing and learned a few things .

We could wingers . Attacking midfielders not something we lack but ' one good young' is always welcome.

Farnborough January 1, 2029 Update

Our defense is still clown shoes and for the second year in a row we are starting a teenager in a goal because they are our best option.  This leads to games where our defense is very very bad.  We have some good passers in the defensive line and we are trying to play out of the back.  However, they are young and are still evolving when dealing with a high press which we are starting to see a lot.

It's the same old same old.  A lot of goals allowed and when we shoot we score.  Need to tighten the defense and still find a way to push forward to get more shots leading to more goals.

 

Almanac

A player now needs 100+ appearances to reach the top 10 in appearances and we are rapidly approaching needing 10+ goals to make the top in academy goals.  Some of the original intake players are slowly dropping off the boards.

First time I've gotten to post this page of the record book now that Soufiane Dghoughi 25A has made appearances for the U20 Moroccan National Team.

Poland and Norway are the disappointments.  Ireland go winless in a group featuring their rivals England and Scotland.  Spain looking good after going unbeaten and untied in the group stage with a +7 goal difference.

Spain's run was ended by France in the semifinals.  Turkey ride the momentum from a penalty shootout win against Italy in the opening round of knockout play all the way to the title.

We were randomly back in the Vanarama South again, and the season started rather poorly with a 4-4-4 record, before a burst of form combined with only minor mishaps ended with us in second place behind a utterly dominant Barnet. In the play offs we beat Dover 1-0 in the 1/2-final, setting up a decider against Basingstoke Town. We had lost both matches in the league against them 0-1, so we were a bit apprehensive. We ended up dominating the early match, and ran out 3-0 winners! We're going up! And we're in for a hard season next . In the cup we beat Wrexham 3-1 in the first round, before losing to Rochdale in the last minute of a replay.

The team performed well and we were massively outperforming our xG, probably a lot because of effective set pieces. Miguel McGee 29a was a massive part of it, scoring a few free kicks and taking lots of the corners. He got named player of the season for the league, had our highest rating, was top goal scorer, lead assist maker and most POMs. Outstanding season. Jack Hinchcliffe 35a, Darren Kift 35b and Tom Burgess 32a have developed into massive players for us. Burgess and Kift signed new contracts, but it looks like we'll lose Hinchcliffe sadly. Duncan Trotter 37a became the youngest ever goal scorer in the FA cup when he scored against Slough Town at the age of 15 years and 292 days, and youngest goal scorer in the Vanarama South at the age of 15y 246 days, and at 16 he's rated my best player. 

Youth preview | Youth intake

The preview promised fullbacks, wingers and a forward. It gave us pretty much that, but maybe more fullbacks than wingers. Steffan Goodman 38a already made his debut this season, and beat Duncan Trotter 37a's record for youngest player to appear in a Vanarama South match by 31 days. To be fair to Duncan Trotter 37a, he still has the record for youngest appearance in the Vanarama North, as he did his debut there 143 days before his first match in the Vanarama South 

We invested money again! Increased Junior coaching, and when I asked for increased youth level, the board said yes, and invested 700k into youth facilities. That means our healthy finances are less healthy, but with increasing attendances, we might be fine. If attendances will stay this good once we struggle near the bottom next season I don't know. I couldn't convince the board to go Pro though, so most expenditure is on the facilities.

OH MY GOD, it's a good one. Possibly the best of the save. 4 potential first teamers that can push my team to Europe.

Avi Asulin is the best one. He's comfortably an upgrade on my current number 10 Avliav, who is already capable enough himself.

 

We got a Spanish-Senegalese player, who isn't great but has the stats in all the right places. Another Hayun.

Doron Shrem looks a very capable DLP, and I use one in my system.

Season done.

A fantastic season. We had a shocking start, losing the first 3 and conceding 17 in the first 3 games, but after that we were solid. We nearly clinched a top half spot and just lost out to Maccabi Haifa on goal difference.

State cup was the only disappointment of the year. We did better than expected in the league, and got an amazing intake. So I call this 2038-39 season a success.

Danny Rose: you are my new favorite staff member.  What a first intake from my new Head of Youth Development.

This guy could become our first senior international.  I don't care if it's for Antigua and Barbuda.

Looks like I could starting a brand new keeper for the third season in a row.  Coffey is our best goalkeeper on the roster and he's never played a game.

As long as they meet the rules of being unplayable first season then yes you can.
