Reserves medical staff, do they also help senior squad?

Do reserve medical staff like reserves sport scientist and reserves physio also work with and help senior squad players? Only if the senior players are available for the reserves team?

I'm asking because I'm not sure I should spend wages on more reserves staff.

I think, although not sure, that they don't. But the first team coaches do help out the reserves and youth, so hiring youth and reserve coaches frees up the 1st team ones and so improves the 1st team that way. But interested to hear further from someone else

Exactly, so I thought perhaps medical staff also helps first team. Perhaps @Neil Brockknow someone who knows the answer?
