Purffy
Haven't played since around Christmas, just updated to 21.4 but the loading screens, menus and match engine are stuttering so much (tried 1 league to 10 leagues all the same performance). Attached PC Specs. NB: I am starting a new save not loading into an old one All drivers are up to date 0 editor files 5* 3D performance Also tried everything on this page - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/360015766697-What-can-I-do-if-I-m-seeing-poor-match-engine-performance-#text Any advice / fixes would be appreciated Edited April 19, 2021 by Purffy
XaW
Nothing other than submitting a ticket to SEGA (from the link at the bottom of the page you mentioned) and have them contact you directly and try to work it out.

Bobbo
Have you had a Windows update in the last few days? This could possibly be the culprit, I spotted this today: https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/a-recent-windows-10-update-is-trashing-framerates-and-causing-games-to-stutter/
FrazT
Just as a trial, roll the NVidia card driver back to the last version and see if that helps.
SI Staff Luke Hume Posted April 20, 2021 SI Staff Share Posted April 20, 2021 As @XaWsaid above, best bet is to contact SEGA Support by emailing help@sega.co.uk, and our team will be able to assist you further. Thanks
