Affiliate Clubs option for youth intake?

I'm trying to develop some overseas connections to improve my youth intake with foreign talent but I can't find that option when selecting an affiliate club or negotiating existing links like I did in FM21. Does anyone know if this is covered by a particular category of feeder club (i.e. first option on youth players) or has it been removed? It's definitely different from the previous version.

I can't really remember the exact wording, but it is something like "get a foothold in a foreign country", I think.

U can do this I have had a league 2 Spanish side as my feeder club ( might need the right board and club) I was as always Newcastle. Could be another bug though, easily.

I've managed to get it on one of my links but only adding it subsequently to an existing affiliate. Either way I think the statement options when you go to the board could be clearer about what is obtained from the partnership.

- "X may send academy players to train at Y and get experience. Y may benefit with some of these players coming through their youth ranks." is what you want once it's in place but I can't remember what statement option brought that about
