I bought dodgy lasagne and it’s in my wallet but how do I exactly use it against a team? Please help

After purchase please navigate to your wallet and apply it to the game. Then on the news item for the upcoming match there should be a button saying "serve dodgy lasagne". If you select that you will receive a pop up and will be able to activate it.

I bought it on my ps5 went to my wallet and nothing is showing up I also did the same for the 10M budget and again nothing is showing up I have the emails from PlayStation and it took my money out my bank account so now I feel scammed what do I do??
