Fugado Posted January 24, 2022 Share Posted January 24, 2022 I was trying to estimate several hidden attributes like professionalism from other inputs like their personality or their relation with media. I remember seeing one doing this by knowing the squad general personality and then looking in each player's dressing room reports whether they fit or not the general personality. Do you have any idea about it? If, for example, in a Fairly professional squad a player "fits very well into the core group", it means that he has a professionality value between let's say 15-18.
