DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2026/27 Berliner FC Dynamo Season Summary On paper, it was a good first season at this level. The poor performance in the domestic cup was disappointing, however. Season Details League Table - I would of taken a top half finish at the start of the season, though having been in ther top four for the first half, I find myself disappointed. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We either had long unbeaten runs or long winless runs. There seemed to be no in between. DFB-Pokal - We crashed out at the first round stage, losing at home to fellow second tier outfit Werder Bremen. Friendlies - With four defeats, we endured a tough pre season campaign. We did win all threefriendlies during the winter break, however. Squad - We over performed with the ability of our squad, though we have improved somewhat. Squad Dynamics - Team cohesion could be better, otherwise this is fairly good. Transfers In 1 & 2 - I did manage to spend circa £475,000 though we again predominently replied upon free transfers and loans. Transfers Out 1, 2 & 3 - Just under £7m was raised in player sales as I tried my best to balance the books. Youth Candidates - It was a poor intake with Mozambican goalkeeper António Tembe YP27D13 looking like trhe brightest prospect. Finances - Thanks to our league income, we made a healthy profit this season. I am disappointed we are still showing at insecure though. Key Players Augusto Pereira - Signed for a transfer fee of just £100 in January, the Portuguese left winger hit the ground running. Przemysław Śnieżawski - The second year loanee was once again inconsistent. Bence Dárdai - Our best loan signing this year, the Hertha Berlin youngster enjoyed a great season. Samed Diallo - Another German youngster signed on loan, the teenage central midfielder proved to be a valuable addition. Aleksandar Stanković - The Serbian under 21 international, who is comofrtable on either wing, enjoyed a good season. Next Season If we can maintain our form for longer periods, I would love to finish in the top five and maybe even challenge for a promotion playoff spot. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2027/28 Berliner FC Dynamo Season Summary A terrific season where we were promoted to the top flight after an excellent campaign. Season Details League Table - We blew our chance of winning the title on the final day of the season and had to settle for runners up. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were exceptional in churing out the performances and winning points when we didn't play well. DFB-Pokal - We made it through to the second round before top flight Freiburg proved to be too strong Friendlies - We only played a handful of friendlies this year and it was a mixed bag of results. Squad - We overachieved and I will need to be clever with new additions to build a squad that can survive in the Bundesliga. Squad Dynamics - I would of expected this to be ebtter, especially Team Cohesion. Transfers In 1 & 2 - Our transfer record was broken numerous times as I brought a lot of quality into the squad. Transfers Out 1 & 2 - Around £16.5m was raised in player sales as bigger clubs picked off our star youngsters. Youth Candidates - Lefti winger Maximilian YP28A18 is an exciting prospect out of a decent intake. Finances - We have a nice healthy balance after a highly profitable season and this will only improve as the earnings in the top flight are so big. Key Players Onke Khumalo - The young South African international striker signed for a transfer fee of just £200,000 from Sundowns in his homeland and had an excellent season. Dragan Zeljković - Still aged only eighteen, the Slovenian international central defender had a good first season in Germany. Stephan Möller - Signed on loan from our parent club Hertha Berlin for the season, the central midfielder was arguably our best player this year. Prince Musah - Also playing in central midfield, the English Under 21 international enjoyed his season on loan with the club, having arrived from Southampton. Andrea Cicero - Another loanee, the Italian defensive midfielder, who arrived from Lazio for the campaign, flattered to deceive to be honest. Next Season I just want to survive. Andrew Haines
East Kilbride Championship - Scotland – 2024/25 – 1st Squad Transfers Overview A third successive promotion will see us play in the SPL next season. As in previous seasons I was largely reliant on signings from English Premier League clubs and I signed up a good batch of them. The craziest signing signed up in mid-December. Ivan Toney had been without a club since his release from Brentford in the summer and we signed him up. He went on to score almost a goal a game and was a large part in why we ended up head and shoulder champions with only one defeat in the remaining half of the season. Other notable news was that we won the Scottish Challenge cup (a bit like the Papa Johns Trophy in England I think) with a win in the final over Linfield 2-0 after extra time. Key Players Ivan Toney – Fresh from the English Premier League, Toney was rather too good for the Scottish Championship and scored 16 league goals in 18 games. Mikey Johnson – Irish left winger who was a squad player for Celtic until his release. Scored 12 goals from the wing. Thebaker
2039 Squad | Table | Transfers Made a decent start to the season with only 1 loss in the first six but a poor run thereafter meant that by halfway through the season the team was stuck again in midtable which is where the team ended the season. In the swedish cup the team reached the group stage and performed well to qualify after 2 games and play my backup players for the 3rd game. In the quarter final the team was on top but only won 1-0 at home to Hacken. The semi-final was away against Kalmer and went to extra time. Fatigue amongst the players told and the team lost 0-1. Finances improved mostly though selling Pustilnick who was squad player for me and Pereira who was a backup player. I brought in several record purchases in Persson and Baba. I also signed a new first choice GK after losing faith in Rassoul. I managed to convince the board to improve both the training and youth facilities. My top scorers were Sarsenov and Haiki, Valongo also had another very good season for the club. Braendshoi (173 apps, 77 goals) i left the club as he wasn't good enough for the top flight. 2040 Squad | Table | Transfers Started the season again well but having the usual mid season blip, this time the team was able to turn the form around the finish the season with only 1 defeat in the last 12 games to finish 5th and a chance of european competition. In the swedish cup the team reached the group stage and were faced with an easy group. But a draw away to malmo and an inability to score against the 2 teams meant that Malmo went through on GD with the club underachieving. A win in the final for AIK meant that Enkopings had european competition for the first time. Finances continue to be funded by player sales with backup player Aliu going. Soares (126 apps) left after turing down a new contract and Owusu ( 116 apps , 1 goal) was sold as he wasn't good enough. I brought in Helge to replace Sarsenov who i tried to buy and turned me down. Haiki also took some big steps foward in becoming the league top scorer. The midfield did well with Erlbacher who was capped by sweden and Kayiwa combining well. For several years i have had good potential youth players come though without any coming close to reaching that potential and playing a big part in my first team squad, but i have high hopes for this striker who i noticed has become the first youth to appear in swedens age groups. Thebaker
2041 Squad | Table | Transfers Won the first 3 games but then only got 1 more win in the nest 6 games which included a 0-7 hammering by Kalmer. The team form after that was a mixture of winning a few and then losing a game mostly due to the number of european games meaning the squad had to be rotated a lot. Ended the season with only 1 loss from the last eight although the loss was 0-1 to AIK and there were also 4 draws as the team was exhausted by the euro games and had to be either rested or were ending games heavily in the red. Lost out on 5th and a euro spot on GD to AIK. In the swedish cup the team eased past D1N Ostersunds 5-0 in the 2nd rd before an easy group in the group stage. An unexpected loss to Helsingborgs and conceeding 2 late goals to Osters meant the team went out on GD when i fancied the chances of winning the cup. In the conf league the team got through the qualifying rounds, mostly due to good away performances to make the group stage. In the group stage the team had a few early losses but bounced back to make the top eight and the next stage. Beat Grasshoppers and Westerlo reasonably confortably to make the semi final where the team faced Celta Vigo. A 2-1 away win and an early goal put the team in a great position but the loss of key players and fatigue told in the match as Vigo came back to force ET and win the match in the dying minutes. Finances have increased a lot this season due to the european competition and a lot of player sales. Tchetchoua and Kone left as their min fee clauses were met which was a shame as they were my best player by CA stars. I haven't had any youth players come through so far who could be even squad players, i was debating whether to offer this player a FT contract when Goteborg signed him up with his youth contract running down. Rated only 3 stars pot i wonder if my coaches were wrong. I spent a record amount on Helge who had been on loan last season to address a striker shortage. I managed to get the board to increase most of the facilties this season. Boyaca came in on a free and showed a lot of promise although he struggled in the cup games against Vigo and the swedish group games. Valongo was again my best player and was capped by Sweden at the start of the next season, his injury record is a problem at times. Bolin (129 games, 21 goals) left at the end of the season having been a useful back up striker Season League Position Swedish Cup Europe Top Scorer Top Assists Attendance Training Youth Junior Youth Rec Notes 2037 Allsvenskan 12th Group St N/A Valongo(8) Paulo(5) 1913 Adequate Basic Adequate Fairly Basic 2038 Allsvenskan 10th Qtr-final N/A Haiki(9) Aquino Faria(5) 2078 Average Basic Good Average 2039 Allsvenskan 8th Semi-final N/A Haiki(12) Valongo(13) 2074 Good Below Average Good Average 2040 Allsvenskan 5th Group St N/A Haiki(24) Kayiwa(9) 2285 Good Below Average Good Average Qualified for europe 2041 Allsvenskan 6th Group St Semi-final Conf league Valongo, Haiki(19) Valongo(10) 2467 Great Below Average Excellent Above Average
jmarchand
Dunaujvaros PASE | Hungary | 2034-2035 | Season 12 | Trying to push to the top... Transfers The story of not having a high enough reputation to held our players keeps being true again this year, I hope that it starts to resolve soon - there are early signs of it - but in the meantime we took another plunder this year, as our strikers got raided pretty hard... Luis Fernando had been kicking a fuss about wanting to play more, but he was clearly unhappy and trying to move on. It was a shame, as he was our most profilic scorer in the first half of the season, with 20 league goals in 14(5) appearances, so when Villareal came knocking I decided to move him on to make sure he didn't bring the team dynamics down with him. Mostly because I had Lenon Damato, but I forgot that the only way I was able to get him here in the first place was to grant him a 15M€ release clause. I tried to renegotiate the contract, upping that to ~30M€, but Gladbach came in with an offer matching the clause and he's gone. He's my first player who was described as "World Class" for a little time and he was averaging 1 goal per game across all competitions. he is now worth 120M€ in Gladbach and I am still a bit sad about it. The offer that came in for Benjamin Carcamo Varela was in the too good to refuse category, there was a small bidding war and I was able to get the fee up to 26M€ + 30% going over to Aston Villa, where he did score 10 goals in the Premier League this year, in 15(13) apps, so not a bad move for him, in a side that is competing for European places year in year out in the Prem. Not bad (and he's now paid 84k€ p/w, a nice 8 times more than with me...) Antonio Velazquez was more often than not a rotational player in our defence, probably our 3rd best center-back, so a 26M€ deal for him was a pretty good deal. In the In column, mostly youngsters and lottery tickets, but José Chacon who finished his season on loan in his club in Costa Rica really looks like a winner at advanced playmaker up front and a great deal for 54k€... Révélation Competitions - League I'm trying to get some of our players out on loan over to the other Hungarian sides, to help them perform, but I'm still rolling through the league without any concerns. Conceding 13 goals throughout the whole year, including with some pretty heavy rotation towards the end is rather impressive. Funny note, Lenon Damato ended up the 4th best striker in the competition, despite playing only 12 games with us this year (16 goals). Competition - Champions League We had a pretty strong League Phase, with only hiccup being a 1-2 loss against PSG in Paris and a 0-0 draw at home against Barcelona, but all in all, very impressive displays. (side-note, our stadium doesn't respect the minimum requirements, but there is a bug which was fixed in March (on new saves) which make us play there regardless. So we have 2000 seats instead of the 8000 minimum, losing quite a bit of money in the process). Révélation This was enough to get us 19 points, and a very nice 6th place in the League table. Révélation Our reward was a matchup against Gladbach (who had signed Lenon Damato from us by then), which we drew 1-1 away in Germany, which had us quite hopeful for the second leg, which ended in a very very even 2-1 win for us. Revenge against Damato! The next round got us drawn against Manchester City, and they've shown that they are not in the same class as us (no wonder they are ranked 1st in the world in the club coefficient list). They beat us 2-1 in Hungary, in a match where de defended quite well and won 3-2 on the return leg, in a match where they were the better side, without any doubt. At 34 years old, Erling Haaland is still scoring 30 goals across all competitions, but he's showing some signs of slowing down, at least in the Premier League. The Squad With some of this movement, we ended up the year with a smaller squad than expected, but I'm quite happy with the talent level that we have. Keep in mind that, at this point, we are 19th in the world, so 4 star is pretty good and 5 star potential is pretty great. Up front This is the strength of this team and where I was able to get most of the talent. Elliot Leveque - AMR/ST - 29 goals, 18 assists, 6 PoM Largest ever signing in Hungary at 30.5M€, the young Belgian international was in the too good to pass up category. After a slow(er) start, he picked up is stride and was ever present for us, both when scoring or assisting. At 39k€ p/w, he is also the highest earner at the club, but I don't regret it one bit (see screenshot of finances at the end... Spoiler, we're doing fine!) Révélation Bruno Laborda - AML/ST - 31 goals, 11 assists Became our main man up front when Damato left, he got us 31 goals and was a good complement to Leveque, either when playing up front or on the left wing. In his second full season with us, I can now say that he was a 5M€ well spent. Révélation Eduardo Neyra - AM(RC) / ST - 19 goals, 15 assists He's the future of this team up front, with already 19 caps and 7 international goals at only 19 years old, he can play both as a shadow striker, up front or on the right. Révélation Marko Bozic - DC - 34(2) apps, 2 goals, 7.18 avg. rating. Came in on 11.25M€ from Red Star Belgrade, he was an integral part of the defense, at all levels. He marks well, heads well, is always well positioned and works hard (and is a big Serbian dude defender, which is a plus in itself!), he has been great for us, in a defense that doesn't see that much action throughout the course of the season. https://imgur.com/a/A1LSFQV The Youngsters Knocking on the First Team's door Victor - DM - 30 apps, 3 goals, 4 assists, 7.09 avg. rating He came through my youth intake a few seasons ago and has been battling for a starting job this year (which he is going to get next year for sure), he is the local boy I've been cheering for all year. He's not yet good enough to earn great ratings at the European level, but I'll keep playing him and I have a feeling that he'll get there. https://imgur.com/a/vTtREfx Bertalan Végh - DC - 28(10) apps, 4 goals, 1 assist, 7.01 avg. rating At only 17, he's already a Hungarian international and has been developing like crazy over the past year. Attributes: https://imgur.com/a/b5tf1Ai Development (not quite safe for work) Révélation Istvan Süli - DR He's been on the fence of the first team, used as a rotational player but getting plenty of sub appearances at only 16 years old. https://imgur.com/a/wJzY6Ci Other News With 286M€ in bank and a 168M€ transfer budget, I don't think I'll have to worry about money for a little while... My biggest problem is spending it. We've won our 8th Magyar cup in a row, while rotating very heavily. (yes, it's in the Other News category now) Other Hungarian Clubs in Europe Mol Féhervar: Did not get through the UCL Qualifying rounds, knocked out by Istanbul Basaksehir FK. They went on to qualify in the Europa League League Stage (after finishing 22nd), before losing to FC Groningen 2-1 on a very disappointing showing. Vasas: Great showing in the Europa League League Path, with a 10th place finish, won their knockout round against Craiova, then lost in the round of 16 against a very strong Newcastle team, 5-0. Vasas failed to have a single shot on target over the two rounds... Gyori ETO: Knocked out in the Conference League Qual round against SC Freiburg (who is playing the Final!), in a somewhat close match. Mezokovesd: Got through the Conference League League (18th!), dominated Olympiakos in the Knockout Round, then lost to St-Étiene in the round of 16 (who are also through to the final). Ferencvaros, the historically biggest club in Hungary, has been missing in Europe last year (and will also miss this year). They've been in all kinds of bad form over the last 2 years and if we want Hungary to get somewhere as a footballing nation, they'll have to sort themselves out at some point). Youth intake: There are 2 somewhat promising AMC's but nothing like Victor and Végh. We'll see if they feature here, but at worse, they'll feature in a good Hungarian side at some point. We're the 12th club in the world and Hungary will actually get 6 clubs in Europe next year, as we're 6th in the coefficient table. We'll really need to have the other sides start to show up now, though to keep up with the pace. We're still only 9th league in terms of reputation, though, that takes a while to rise! We'll need European silverware at some point to push that even higher. Summary table Year Season League Position Media Pred Points Goal Diff Cup Europe Europe Ranking Avg. jmarchand
Il y a 5 heures, Thebaker a dit : @jmarchand looks like you have a CL winning squad there, just need that bit of luck to actually win it. Yup, trust the process. I don't feel we're quite there yet, the first team is getting pretty good, but I feel that we are missing a bit of depth in the squad to be able to cover for injuries, suspensions and other assorted surprises that the game throws our way. In other news, the board has FINALLY decided to invest some money in our stadium, going from a 10000 capacity to 11500, hopefully they'll be adding seats too, as we have 8000 people that comes on terracing, but that's not working for Champions League games, so our capacity is limited at 2000 for these matches (there is a bug in the game where this constraint is missing for the UCL group stage, so we don't move stadiums during that time). Thebaker
2042 Squad | Table | Transfers Started the season quite well in spite of the european games from the previous season going unbeaten in the first 7 games. Due to the world cup in this season the games in the season were all condensed and playing every 3 days took a toll and the team dropped out of the european spots and could only end the season with a series of draws to finish points wise some way from 5th. In the swedish cup the reserves beat D2 Rappe 5-1 away before edging the group with a narrow win over Hacken in the last game. The qtr-final was away to Norrkoping were the team came from 1-2 down to win 4-2. In the semi-final the team faced Kalmar away and won 3-1thanks to a 1st minute sending off. In the final which was played at home the team won 3-2 thanks to a late goal and collected the first trophy. Finances went up quite a bit, this was mostly due to the euro games from last season (played at the start of this season). The facilities were upgraded where possible. My best player was again sold due to his min fee clause being activated. I also sold this young player i picked up on a free last year. The money put into facilities has finally paid off with the first excellent intake in recent years with this player the pick of them. Marcos Paulo (188 games, 21 goals) was a useful backup player who left this season after being unable to agree a new contract. Club legend Radic continues to do a good job for the team even though not rated that highly. Valongo was again my best player and i was able to turn down any bids from other swedish cups for him. Vipertitan
IF Fram Larvik-OBOS-ligaen-2024 So After the promotion last season I wanted to avoid relegation at best and to try and enjoy the new division. League Table - As you can see we managed to avoid relegation and finished in 3rd place, going into the play off part of the competition I was not looking forward to this match witch we lost 1-0. results 1 results 2 as you can see we had bad start then form picked up four games then dip it was like this for while until July and august . NM SAS Braathens Cup- we did well in this we got to the fourth round but beat by much stronger side Viking FK 4-0. Transfer History- only free transfers at the moment. finances - Not looking good and going get worse as the club have announced that the are upgrading stadium. KEY PLAYER PROFILES: Mathias Sundberg- top goal scorer Modouba Coker was the best average rate play with 7.0. Daniel Skretteberg- First choice goalkeeper this season slightly disappointed with him. Thebaker
@Vipertitan that seems an expensive upgrade for so few seats especially when the finances aren't good. Perhaps it will force the board to put some money in. Good season otherwise.
Thebaker
2043 Squad | Table | Transfers After an early loss the team went unbeaten for 13 games to lead the table at the halfway point. 4 losses in 6 games put the team behind the leaders and the need to rotate due to european games meant they finished some way from 1st by the end. It was still a record high and points total for the club. In the swedish cup the reserves crept past D1S Torslanda 1-0 away in the 2nd Rd. In the group stages i played some reserve players in the first match against D1N Enskede and lost but squeezed through on head to head after beating Hammarby to top the group. In the quarter final the team put in a really poor performance losing 0-2 in ET away to Goteborg. In europe the team was in the Euro league and qualified for the group stage by beating Kazah team Almaty 3-2 on agg. Early results were poor with 3 draws although one was against Chelsea. 5 wins and a narrow loss to Lazio in the remaining games meant the team finished in 9th. In the KO rd the team faced Nefti again (having played them in the first group game) and again were narrow matches. In the rd of 16 the team got past Club Brugge 3-2 on agg before facing Sevilla. After drawing 2-2 away the team were fantastic winning 4-0 which could have been more. The semi final was a match too far as Montpellier were a lot stronger and the team lost 2-3 on agg to end the euro run. Finances improved a lot with the euro run and player sales. Further improvements to the training facilities mean these are pretty much maxed out. Diaby went as his min fee clause was met which was unfortunate as he was my first wonderkid. My front 3 of Helge, Valongo and Haiki were prolific and i was able to turn down offers for all 3 without them causing a fuss. My backup stikers are raed the same ability wise but seem nowhere near, club legend Radic (276 aps, 58 goals) was sold as he was my 8th best striker and some of my youth players need some games so can come off the bench. Hucko is a player i signed on a free years ago and have nurtured into a first teamer and 1st choice CB, so good in the air i have never had a defender score so many goals in a season. jmarchand
Dunaujvaros PASE | Hungary | 2035-2036 | Season 13 | Step by step (oh baby!) I'll try to be brief on this update, as I've been holding on to my game until i wrote this report (and I really want to keep on advancing!) Transfers Again, a year where the out column is pretty filled in. It is, however, filled with players I'm just cashing out. The two notables are Bruno Laborda, which broke - shattered! - the transfer record for someone out of Hungary. I did sign him for 5 M€ in 2032, because he seemed too good to pass up. In two full seasons with us, he got 40 goals in 59 matches and added a 0 at the end of his weekly salary, so I wasn't able to compete with that. Also, 80 M€. You will also notice Marcelo Gadea, which I haven't talked much about, but was our starting keeper since 2031 and he offered us 4 great seasons, cementing himself as the starting keeper for Uruguay at the tender age of 19. He was good, but there were a couple of other good options floating around so when Bayern decided to come forward with substantial money, I decided to make a move. it's been somewhat of a mistake as Cristian Rosa, his replacement, got injured a few times in the season. I _think_ I was just unlucky, but Luis Cid, who was signed as a promising backup, got quite a bit more playtime than he had expected... including having to field a 16 year old youngster in the Champions League Quarter Final against Manchester City because Rosa was injured for 2-3 weeks. Révélation Introduction for Jeremy Kovacs... 2 games against Man City. shutout against Haaland! On the way in, apart from the goalkeeper situation, it's been mostly lottery tickets and cover for the first team, with the notable exception of Héritier Ndzila (yes, I name him Godzilla in my head). He's been doing a pretty great job in the center of the defence and is progressing tremendously. Révélation Champions League A pretty great result this year in the Champions League, losing our first game only in the round of 16 against Real Madrid, but overcoming that defeat in dramatic fashion in extra time with a 5-2 win at home. Révélation Révélation Then came probably the biggest ever result of that save, an emphatic win away to Man City in a match that I was dreading. They had eliminated us over the course of previous continental competitions and turns out that this game was a complete domination by our guys, even without the 20th minute red card they suffered. And that is with my 16 year-old keeper getting the start. We managed the game in the second leg, en route to a 7-1 aggregate win against the best club in Europe, they were ranked 1st in the coefficient table by a rather comfortable margin... We then came back to earth against a very strong Arsenal side (5th in Europe) and couldn't quite get it done. We lost a closely fought 2-leg tie, but ultimately conceding in the 89th minute in the first leg was what cost us. Still, Semi Final in the UCL, that's the farthest we've been and with a bit more luck, we were through to the final. Things are going well, trust the process. League A vintage season in the Hungarian League, probably our most dominant one ever. 30 wins, 3 draws. But most notably, we conceded only 9 goals during the entire season of 33 games. Yes, a single digit goal allowed season, I didn't think I'd see that one day. The Squad Without going into too much details, let's look at a few standouts from this year's squad, which is pretty much in continuity from previous year's. Elliot Leveque - The Belgian star did pout a bit when large teams wanted to come for him, but he was under a long enough contract and I decided to have him wait it out. He eventually come to his senses, stop being unhappy and renewed for a few more years with us, rewarding us with 39 goal contributions in 40 appearances. Révélation Eduardo Neyra - Our new threat up top, a bit one-dimensional player, but it's been working well this year for him. He ended up being our main goal scorer with 27 goals, including a few heroic goals in continental competitions as you've seen above. Révélation Victor - Not great on the rating side of things, but this ball winning midfielder coming from our academy now has caps for Spain at 20 years old (and is sad because I don't let him leave for PSG...) Révélation Marko Bozic - A rock in our defence, he doesn't let anyone go through. Révélation Summary table Year Season League Position Media Pred Points Goal Diff Cup Europe Europe Ranking Avg. jmarchand
Il y a 7 heures, Thebaker a dit : @jmarchand another good season there and so close, you could probably play your youth team now and win the league. Laborda must be one of the highest rated players in your game with the value spurs have on him. He was actually featured in the best players in the world, at the 42nd place, if I remember correctly. There are a few completely insane regens in my save, whose values are around 250-300M€, with around 500k€ per week... I'll send a few screenshots just for fun later.
jmarchand
Just for fun, here are a few of the best newgens that I have in my save. Eddie Farr is currently the only player with a 4.5 star world reputation, a legendary winger who came from the Freiburg academy and has been tearing it up in the Liverpool squad for a few years already. Révélation Ivan Delgado is the highest earner in the save, with 750k€ per week (!) at Atletico Madrid (!!). He's too good for La Liga and has not scored less than 25 goals (across all competitions) for the last 8 seasons. Révélation Givanildo Henrique is, by far, the save's most highest valued player at 324M€ - 388M€, bossing the midfield at Liverpool. Signed for 20M€ in 2030, he's been just OK over the last few seasons and I'd never pay 300M€ for him. Révélation Cristopher Kuri is probably one of the most terrifying strikers to play against, at Bayern. At 27 years old, with 114 caps and 133 goals, he's likely the most prolific international player. Consistent as a metronom in the Bundesliga, he's insanely productive with Mexico... For the record, Haaland in my save has 146 goals in 150 caps with Norway at 35 years old. Kuri is only 27... and playing in CONCACAF, so plenty of landslide wins against Haiti, Curaçao and the likes of Trinidad and Tobago... Révélation Finally, probably the most highest rated keeper in the world at the moment, Sten Van de Looi, playing at Manchester City. Fun reminder, we put 6 past this guy in two legs in the Champions League Quarter final this year. Averaging less than one goal per game in the Premier League and with the 2033/34 season where he raked in 36 clean sheets across al competitions... He's rather good at football, I think. Révélation Well, this guy is not a regen, but I heard he's pretty good. Révélation Well, that was fun... Who's your most spectacular regens in your save?
Thebaker
2044 Table | Squad | Transfers Started this season in strange form as the team dominated games but could not get wins and drew 10 of the first 20 games. Thanks to the pretty terrible form by many of the other contenders and a tendancy from them to also draw the team remained in the hunt for the title. A winning run put the team top with 4 games to go before 2 losses in 3 left the team in 3rd going into the last day 2 points behind. A smashing 6-0 win took the team above rivals IK Sirius who could only draw to win the title on GD. The fans were only satisfied the team finished ahead of their rivals when IRL they would be estactic. It was the closest title i have seen for a long time with Kalmer going from 2nd to 6th on the last day and misssing out on euro competition. In the swedish cup the team went out in the group stage after a heavy defeat to Helsingborg. In europe the team beat Odd and then Metz to qualify for the league stage. A comfortable qualification ensued as the team were not really tested. After 2 easy rounds the team faced Basel in the semi-final but were 2nd best in both legs to go out of the comp. Basel beat Kalmer in the final to compound Kalmer's poor season. Finances are really growing now due to the european money and player sales, facilities are nearly maxed out with just youth facilities lagging behind, this year was the first in 3 years the option to improve it has even been possible. Keita, Sipka, Batista all left as their min fee clauses were met. Yao was sold as he kicked up a big fuss after several teams bid for him. Baba (137 apps, 1 goal) indicated he would leave at the end of his contract after i turned down a bid so i sold him shortly after. I also sold this youth player who seemed highly sought after but hadn't done anything for me. My best players this season were again Valongo and Helge. The midfield pairing of Kayiwa and Borda did well although Borda has dropped in rating from when i scouted him. Thebaker
2045 Squad | Table | Transfers Started the season in good form going unbeaten in the first 7 games with 19 points to go top which the team maintained until 2/3rds through the season. Goteborg who made a terrible start to the season with 8 points from the first 7 games wnt on a great winning run and overtook my team to go top. The 2nd to last game was crucial as we faced Goteborg away and in a poor game of few chances could only draw 0-0, both teams won the last game to hand Goteborg the title. In the swedish cup the team had an easy group which they cruised through. It took extra time to get past Kalmer 2-1 at home and then penalties to beat Goteborg after drawing 2-2 at home. In the final against Norrkoping the team were on top for much of the match but it took until extra time for them to win the cup. In the CL for the first time the team faced some really tough fixtures and although they didn't lose any by more than a goal, they were very much 2nd best in every match. 2 wins against the bottom 2 sides was not enough to make the playoffs. Finances rocketed this year due to the CL money and net transfers. I sold Kouame after the other players complained about me blocking a previous bid. Kayiwa (185 apps, 17 goals) left when his min fee was activated. I also sold Bakayoko as the amount was too good to turn down for a player who was my 5th choice striker and had less potential than 2 of my youth players. Due to selling out nearly every home game the board agreed to extend the ground. Moving into what looks like a newly built ground which is far too small for the clubs needs seems a really strange move, moving to Vasteras (34Km) or IK Sirius (46Km) ground seemed more sensible as we have used them for european matches anyway. Still have no option to improve youth facilities. The front 3 of Haiki, Valongo and Helge again did well although they are possibly not the elite strikers the team needs to progress. Persson (212 apps, 13 goals) was let go after falling down the pecking order at the club. Thebaker
@Vipertitan Roskopf looks a good player for that level. I imagine finances would decrease further as most teams don't have high attendances to offset the costs, would also depend on how much tv or prize money is in Norway
Thebaker
Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season in pretty good form with a few poor losses chucked in, but Goteborg lost the first game but then won the next 15 to move 8 points clear of me. My team went unbeaten in the last 10 games to close the gap, by contrast Goteborg got only 9 points from the last 24 when i got 18 points to win the title again on GD. In the swedish cup the navigated the easiest group yet before getting past Norrkoping on penalties after selected a backup team due to fixture congestion. In the semi-final the team beat Djurgardens 3-1 away and faced Goteborg in the final. This proved to be very one -sided and the team completed a domestic double. Enkopings are beginning to get a domestic dominance with Goteborg probably the only team providing much opposition. In the CL the team reached the playoff but came up against Juventus, After drawing 2-2 away i lost 1-2 at home as the italians were much better. This put the team strainght into the Uefa group stage. A couple of early draws meant that the team had to play well in all the group games to qualify for the next phase. Came up against IK Brage in the last 16 and comfortably beat them over 2 legs. In the quarter final the team faced Porto, after a even 1-1 draw at home the team were outclassed away to lose 1-2. Finances remained quite steady due to the euro money coming in, this was in spite of some record transfer spending. I set a new transfer record in buying Wroe-Saltmer who has now become my first wonderkid. I also improved the midfield by bringing in Alvarez and Grigorov. Nalbant left went his min clause was met and i struggled to find another keeper. I made an offer for one who would have been a record purchase and earning twice my next highest earner only for him to go to Goteborg on 3x the offered wages, this was something that happened with several potential purchases. I ended by bringing in a potential world class keeper on loan. After extending the ground this season which is already sold out the board agreed to extend it further. Stevens (127 apps, 25 goals) was sold as he was running his contract down having never reached the heights i expected of him. Long time players Caicedo (145 apps) who was a decent back up FB and Aquino Faria (307 apps, 7 goals) who was an excellent option from the bench and backup player both left this season. The standout players were again Helge and Valongo. The investment in facilities is begining to pay off with a great looking youth intake with Carlsson not too far from the bench already for current ability. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2023/24 FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt Season Summary A season of overachievement that resulted in disappointment at the last hurdle. Season Details League Table - We managed to secure third place and the promotion playoffs on the final day of the league season. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were in the promotion places until our form fell off a cliff post Christmas. Promotion Playoffs - We played Magdeburg over two legs to decide our fate and after losing at home in the first game, they finished the job in the return as we failed to secure promotion. Friendlies - Considering the strength of some of our opponents, I am pleased we only lost two matches. Squad - We overachieved and will need to strengthen the squad Squad Dynamics - This is ok though there is plenty of room for improvement. Transfers In - I smashed the club transfer record in playing a six figure fee to FC Bayern for a young striker. Transfers Out 1 & 2 - I allowed a lot of players whom I deemed not good enough to leave for new clubs on free transfers. Youth Candidates - It was a good intake with attacking midfielder Christoph Jäpel YP24B2 being the best prospect. Finances - We lost a lot of money this season and have slipped into the red. I just hope I don't have to sell any players to balance the books. Key Players Lenn Jastremski - The club record signing had a great first season at the club, scoring 26 goals in 36 appearances. Thierry Graça - A Caper Verdean international, the goalkeeper was exceptional. Nuno Rocha - Our second Cape Verdean international, he was usually deployed in midfield and had a fine campaign. Fridolin Wagner - A big earner, I signed the midfielder on a free transfer and he spent half of the season injured. Fabio Di Brizzi - The teenage right winger signed on loan for the season from Swiss side Basel and was our best loanee. Next Season A repeat would be great, especially if we can finish the job and secure promotion. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2024/25 FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt Season Summary We did it the hard way, but promotion was secured, together with a good cup run, making the season one of triumph. Season Details League Table - A fifth place finish was solid, if unspectacular. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - It was once again indifferent form after the winter break that cost us any chance of automatic promotion. Promotion Playoffs - Ingolstadt were our opponents and after losing the home leg, we were magnificent in turning it around away from home, eventually going up on the away goals rule. DFB-Pokal - We enjoyed a decent cup runb as we made it all the way through to the third round before being beaten at home by top flight giants Bayer Leverkusen. Knocking out Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin was very satisfying, however. Friendlies - Our only defeat was to Hamburg as we had a good pre season campaign. Squad - We are improving year on year. Squad Dynamics - This is rather good. Transfers In - I only spent £70,000 as the majority of new arrivals were either free transfers or loans. Transfers Out - There were very few departures as the key players from last season remained at the club. Youth Candidates - David Schau YP25A12, who plays as a striker, is the best prospect out of this years intake. Finances - We once again lost money, though the prize money available in the second tier means this shouldn't be the cae this time next year. Key Players Lenn Jastremski - The striker enjoyed another goal laden season. Léo Scienza - A full international for Luxembourg, he is comfortable on either wing and was an automatic selection. Grayson Dettoni - The season he came of age. Still a teenager, the central defender is an American Under 20 international. Fabio Di Brizzi - Playing on the right wing, he was once again our best loanee. Miel Ouwejan - The teenage Dutch central midfielder signed on loan from AZ Alkmaar in his homeland for the season and had a terrific year. Next Season A comfortable mid table finish would be great. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2025/26 FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt Season Summary A season of relative comfort as we finished in mid table though there was no cup rub this year. Season Details League Table - We flirted with relegation early on but soon pulled away for a safe mid table finish. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - The higher level of competition was a lot tougher than I expected and we took our time finding our feet. DFB-Pokal - Top flight Augsburg got lucky in the first round as, despite us being the better side, they knocked us out on penalties on our own patch. Friendlies - I increased the quality of our pre season opponents and it showed as results were mixed. Squad - We are good ewnough for a repaet, though we need some major additions to be in a position to challenge for promotion. Squad Dynamics - This is still rather good though could be improved. Transfers In 1 & 2 - I spent over £150,000 on improving the squad as I brought in some veterans and some youth players who may or may not turn out to be good additions in time. Transfers Out 1 & 2 - Player sales brought in around £350,000 as I allowed fringe players and youth players who were never going to make it leave for pastures new. Youth Candidates - It was a fairly good intake, despite being told to expect the worst and striker Benjamin Anders YP26E25 looks like he could become a quality player. Finances - We are back in the black thanks to the prize money you receive in the second tier. Key Players Alessandro Pasini - A Dutch under 20 international, the right back has made the slot his own since arriving in January on a free transfer from VVV-Venlo. Igor Vujačić - The veteran Montenegrin international central defender has been one of our best players since signing on a free transfer in the summer. Sangoné Thiaw - The Senegalese teenager has been somewhat of a disappointment since signing for £85,000 from Génération Foot. Chininha - Still only a teenager, the Brazilian left winger has been our best loan player since arriving from Palmeiras for the season. João Veloso dos Santos - Another quality addition via the loan market, the young Portuguese midfielder blew hot and cold. Next Season I just want to finish higher than this year which would show we are making progress. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2023/24 The Spartans Season Summary A tremendous first campaign as we romped to the league title and enjoyed a decent Scottish Cup run too. Season Details League Table - We were the best side by some distance. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - Winning became a habit and we won most of our games. Scottish Cup - A good run was ended away to top flight Ross County at the fifth round stage. Viaplay Scottish League Cup - We were knocked out at the group stage as we finished second though we were unbeaten in our games outside of as penalty shootout. SPFL Trust Trophy - Championship outfit Partick Thistle proved to be too strong on their own patch in the third round. Friendlies - It was a good pre season campaign were we lost just the once, although this was away to no league East Kilbride. Squad - I feel we can go up once more. Squad Dynamics - This is rather good, which you would expect after such a good season. Transfers In 1 & 2 - We completely changed our squad and upgraded in every position, all without spending a single penny on transfer fees. Transfers Out 1 & 2 - Almost all of our former players were allowed to leave on free transfers for pastures new. Youth Candidates - Left winger Mark Midgley YP24A1 is the only player of note in an otherwise poor intake. Finances - We have slipped into the red after a small loss this year. Key Players Nico Jones - Our best defender by some distance, the centre back marshalls the back four well. Junior Dixon - Our main striker for most of the season was exceptional, scoring 40 goals in 44 appearances. Rowan McDonald - Our anchor midfielder, he was superb this year. Aaron Korpal - Signed originally as a backup, the winger was so good, he became first choice on the right wing. Tyreece John-Jules - Comfortable on either wing or up front, he only joined the club in March and is already an automatic selection. Next Season Another promotion is the obvious goal. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2024/25 The Spartans Season Summary It was another phenomenal season as we once again romped to the league title and a second successive promotion. Season Details League Table - Once we hit the top, we never looked back. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were in imperious form for most of the campaign. Scottish Cup - A cracking cup run that was ended by giants Celtic at home in the quarter final. Viaplay Scottish League Cup - We finished top of our group to qualify for the knockout stages before going out away to top flight Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the second round. SPFL Trust Trophy - We dominated the competition from start to finish and secured our first domestic cup by hammering Championship side Dundee in the final by six goals to one. Friendlies - We endured a tough time during pre season as we lost the majority of our games. Squad - Our squad is far too good for both this level and the Championship. We should be going up again next year. Squad Dynamics - As you would expect, this is rather good, though the level of support for me could be higher. Transfers In 1, 2 & 3 - I once again improved the quality of the squad by free transfers and loans together with two players brought in for nominal fees. Transfers Out 1, 2 & 3 - Around £700,000 was brought in on player sales as my talented youngsters were snapped up by bigger clubs. Youth Candidates - It was a very poor intake and I am told attacking midfielder Grant Brown is the brightest prospect but I just don't see it. Finances - We made a healthy profit this year and have gone back into the black. Key Players Tyreece John-Jules - The frontman had a season for the ages, scoring 47 goals in 49 appearances. Jack Kingdon - Signed on a free transfer from Manchester United, the teenage Scottish central defender has rapdily developed into an automatic starter. Leighton Clarkson - Playuing in central midfield he had a wonderful campaign. Ethan Laird - Our right back was sensational. Lewis Mayo - The former Rangers defender arrived just after Christmas and quickly slotted into the team. Next Season A hat trick of promotions? DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2025/26 The Spartans Season Summary It was another magnificent season as we storemed to the league title and promotion to the top flight. Successfully defending our SPFL Trust Trophy was the icing on the cake. Season Details League Table - We were so dominant, the title was secured with seven league matches remaining. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - Even I didn't expectr to go the entire league campaign unbeaten. What a performance. Scottish Cup - Giants Celtic defeated us easily as we went out at home in the fifth round. Viaplay Scottish League Cup - Despite patchy form, we won our group and went all the way to the semi final before losing to Rangers, though they did neext extra time to knock us out. SPFL Trust Trophy - We retained our cup by once again dominating the competition. Friendlies - By wining four of our fivew games and losing just one, it was another good pre season campaign. Squad - We are more than good enough to qualify for the championship group next season. Squad Dynamics - It is just lovely. Tranfers In 1 & 2 - I spent over £1.5m in bringing in even more quality as the squad become even better. Transfers Out 1 & 2 - The transfer sale record was broken several times as players were moved on for high fees. Youth Candidates - Although the intake wasn't great overall, we did bring in one potential superstar in striker Ruari Dinse YP26A2. Finances - We lost money this year though the increased prize money in the top flight will help matters considerably. Key Players Daniel Ruiz - The Colombian left winger was our best player this season. Miguel Azeez - The former Arsenal youth product has become our best central midfielder. Thompson Ishaka - The South African right winger cost £250,000 and has more than repaid that fee by having a great first year at the club. Ian Maatsen - The Dutchman, who is comfortable at both left back and on the left wing, was excellent once again. Nathaniel Nwosu - A full international for Nigeria, the goalkeeper wasn't that busy though was very reliable when called upon. Next Season A top half finish is the goal. jmarchand
Dunaujvaros PASE | Hungary | 2037-2038 | Season 15 | CHALLENGE COMPLETED: Well, that was easy...! Well that was easy... The only thing I needed to do to complete this challenge was to sign Erling Haaland! But I actually think I skipped one update, in 2036/37... But it was a fairly calm year, apart from the insane goal difference in the league (+90... 103 for, 13 against). In the Champions League, we beat PSG, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid (with an insane 120th minute goal in Madrid to break a 0-0 deadlock over 2 legs) before crashing against Liverpool in the semi-Final. They were just better than us. Which actually brings me to this year... Transfers The obvious one is that I noticed that Erling Haaland had decided to evaluate his options at the end of his current contract with Manchester City. Yes, 37 year old Erling Haaland who scored only 23 goals across all competitions for him and was falling off their team. I decidded that I would go for him, offered a generous contract for the size of my club and he actually signed with us, against all odds. I was expecting a decline in his physicals, but I figured he would be able to do the job quite well for us and offer a nice complement to Elliot Leveque playing in front. Turns out that I underestimated him. Over the course of the season, he lost 1 point in Acceleration and Pace, but for the rest he was still insane, 15 years in the future. He went on to score 44 goals, including 10 in the Champions League and 26 in the domestic league (in 15(7) appearances!) who had never been that terrified in a striker before. Révélation Apart from him, I mostly signed kids for the future, but notably made 285M€ in transfers out of the club, some I was willing to and some who twisted my arm a bit. Champions League There were quite a few close calls in this one. In the League Phase, we played great, winning 6 matches and drawing the two remaining, finishing on top of the League for the first time ever. We did have a fairly easy draw, but a 2-0 win against PSG and draws against Manchester United and Tottenham were pretty good. We then drew Borussia Dortmund in the round of 16 and, in a very typical fashion this time, we lost 1-0 away, before coming back with a convincing 3-1 at home. In the Quarter Final, we got Barcelona and, again, 1-0 loss at Camp Nou before coming back with a great, great 3-0 win at home. The Semi-final was drawn against Juventus, where we proceeded to lose 1-0 again in Torino. This time, the comeback was harder, forcing overtime with an 90th minute goal and getting through on penalties, with 3 saves by the best keeper in the world (who happens to be playing for us...!). Révélation In the final, we were facing off Manchester United, whom we had drawn 1-1 in the League Phase. It turned out to be a pretty even match, with everyone getting their chances and us dominating in the second half. Turns out that we didn't push hard enough and this all went to penalties. Patrick Atlebäumer, once again, came up big and saved the day on two occasions to get us a nerve-wracking win. Révélation The Team I'll go a bit more in details about the team in a recap-y like mode, showing the team of the year, but also going back over the save a little bit, in another post coming up. Other News I'm having a problem, I can't spend enough money. I had 567M€ in the bank balance at some point. We sit in 4th place in the European club coefficients (behing Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, and in front of Manchester United). With an underwhelming season dropping off next year, we can realistically push to 2nd spot if we perform well. Next best team is Vasas in 60th place. Ferencvaros has dropped massively, only qualifying for Europe 2 times in the last 5 years (and doing pretty badly). Hungary is still 9th in the nations coefficient league, other clubs never really doing anything in Europe. We're still playing in our original stadium, which just got expanded now to 22603 (14k seats), but the board is finally looking to build a new one (32k seats), but will probably take a while, nothing is formally announced at the moment.

I have played a few seasons without updating and have a new stadium being built. Even though i'm a legend they named it after the other legend . It also cost more for half the capacity and no roof. Thats seems like a huge capacity for Hungary where the attendances are not the biggest. Edited September 11, 2023 by Thebaker
jmarchand
At 31k seats, this is the largest stadium in Hungary by ~10k seats... Our previous stadium was an expansion of the starting one, it is now at 20k seats, but with terracing so we still have to move out during Champions League matches. I suppose Sweden is very different although my save is also 10 years on and the attendances have grown a lot from the first season. Sweden has 4 clubs who average 40k+ and another 3 who average over 20k, most clubs also seem to be at 95% capacity in the top division. AIK has the largest stadium at 53K. My new stadium is 15k, only slightly bigger then the original expanded stadium of 9k. Edited September 12, 2023 by Thebaker
Thebaker
2047 Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season well and led from early on, stuttered a bit about halfway through but did enough to win the league again. Went through the rounds of the swedish cup without too many issues even allowing for the fact that my backup players played quite a bit. Edged a tight final 2-1 to win the cup again. In europe the team competed in the CL group phase and after some tough fixtures against PSG, Porto, Liverpool and Benfica, did enough in the other matches to get a KO playoff spot. The team faced PSG again in the KO playoff round with the same 1 sided outcome, losing 1-3 at home and 0-2 away. Finances continued to go up with the board looking at a new stadium. Diomande (80 apps, 1 goal) left as he was determined to go which was a pity as he had just established himself. Ben Bangoura (64 apps, 23 goals) also went without showing the best of himself as he wanted to move to a bigger club and kicked up a fuss. Haiki (329 apps, 182 goals) had been a great servant but i couldn't offer him the game time he wanted for a new contract so i sold him.. Grigorov won the golden boy award. Scully came in and did well allthough without the goals to show for it. Valongo is in decline and not really always 1st choice, Helge also struggled for the 1st season in ages. No player really stood out this season 2048 Table | Squad | Transfers Again started the season well before a blip but the team was always in front thanks to the other teams indifferent form. A late run of wins ensured the title was won for the 3rd straight season. In the swedish cup the team got through the early rounds but only just did enough in the later rounds edging out Goteborg 3-2 at home in the quarter-final and needing ET to beat Kalmer 2-1 away in the semi-final. The final by contrast was a breeze.. In the CL group phase the team gave a better account of themselves beating Milan 3-2 away and drawing 0-0 at home to Arsenal. Still lost to Liverpool again, Villarreal and Betis but made the KO spots more comfortably. In the KO rd the team faced Arsenal and again drew 0-0 at home before being comprensively beaten 0-3 away. Finances grew again thanks to player sales even after the purchase of a new ground. I sold Soles (63 apps, 7 goals) as he was only 5 choice and not HG so was not really in my plans. Williams (52 apps, 2 goals) wanted more games but was only on 3rd or 4th choice so i sold him on as well. I reluctantly sold stapley (66 aps) as he wanted to move to a bigger club, his potential had also significanly dropped. I struggled to buy good players as the wages they wanted were well out of my price range. I was also Gazumped by Goteborg on 3 occasions when i had agreed a contract only for Goteborg to offer 3 times the wages and get the player, A player i did bring in was wonderkid Oura along with 3 japanese players. I only wanted 1 but promised to bring in another for him which i did and then my DOF suggested another really cheap high potential player. Samir was brought in Jan and soon became a wonderkid as well appearing on the 50 next gen list. Kean was another on that list. The goalscoring was led by Helge and youth product Eriksson who is finally making good on his potential. Thebaker
@jmarchand think you are right, nothing more can be achieved. Great effort, Hungary is the only country i have ever completed this challenge in. I have stopped my save and am already thinking about where to go for FM24. rlipscombe
Hello everyone. I'm still alive.....!! Apologies for not being around these last few months. Life took over a little bit and, along with my old computer dying, My 'gametime' has been a little reduced. As a result i didn't feel i had enough time to fully commit to a crack at the challenge this year, so i have had an enjoyable (and fairly successful) few seasons at the Amex managing Brighton. About to take on the Champions League for a final season after winning the Europa League with a youthful squad peppered with a few wonderkids. It's been enjoyable having cash to spend, especially on Wonderkids!! Had a catch up tonight - well done @jmarchand on your success in Hungary..!! If people want it still, i am happy to set up the thread for FM24 (might even return myself - time will tell) once the game is released a month today... Until then, enjoy your saves...
