squad registration question

Hello what does the following mean  am I allowed 7 foreign players or 6 ? and if I sign another foreign player will I not be able to register him im playing in hong kong league thanks

You are allowed 5 foreign players from anywhere. You are also allowed an Asian foreign player. You are also allowed a Chinese foreign player. So a total of 7 foreign players, but two of them has to be Chinese and another Asian.
