RCCook Posted December 2, 2022 Share Posted December 2, 2022 Bundesliga has no EU restrictions. Spain has a limit of 3 non-EU players, but it's fairly easy to get around that limit. African players (except for Egypt & Libya) are considered EU nationals, and any players from Spanish-speaking countries or Brazil get Spanish citizenship in 2 years.
