The database size should stay pretty stable throughout the save, and nations should get enough newgens to fill their squads when they need to. So if you have say ~10,000 players from Oceania, then the game will try to keep that balance as players retire. In another save I have in 2028 I can see that newgens are starting to come into the national sides and here is a few examples (They are quite poor since I chose poor national teams). 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
