You either make regular inroads in Europe, or you buy low and sell high. There really isn't much more to it than that. As brexit makes an impact on player work permits, you're also going to probably look mostly at signing British players that you can hopefully sell on. Between that and trying to solidify third place and try to make it to the group stage of the EL or Conference League, that's how you'll keep afloat in Scotland.
