Players always saying training intensity is to low

Just seeing if anyone can give me some help/tips to keep players happy with training. how much training is to much or to low i cant seem to get it right, I'm currently Brighton no European football so I have a full week to train I do 3 sessions a day most days but still there not happy any help ?

Head into training and rest and up the levels there:

Also, make sure to set everyone to use it by selecting Automatic
