Is this a kit manufacturer tag?

I'm making some kits now for FM. In picture below there is this tag, and BTW, there is no other manufacturer tags in this shirt(?).

Is this a kit manufacturer, and what is its full name?

 

I tried to search, but there's so much "trash" in answers...

Googled around and it seems like Colo Sport is a kit manufacturer. As far as I can tell this is their home page:

https://new.colo-sport.com/en/home/

Seems to be a Polish brand.

For help, found it by googling 

colo sports wear -"colo colo" -"colorado"

Gets rid of the hits for football clubs Colo Colo and Colorado Rapids, both which took up too many hits.
