How can I find out an opponent's roles/duties?

In my Holland save Ajax got insanely efficient after 5 years, they've won every game in the league except for one draw.

So I got curious and when I check their tactic, I can see that it is a 4231 but I cannot see their roles/duties. I have requested all kinds of team reports but they only come up with strengths and weaknesses etc.

Thanks for info on how I can get a team report that focuses on their tactic!

You can only see it during the game. Not after, not before. Same apply for AI; they can't see your roles & duties, only the formation.

hi thank you thats exactly what I was looking for,
but I requested all kinds of scout reports and my scouts didnt come up with such a tactics-screen - just the strengths and weaknesses.   which one did you ask for here?

This is the scout report I get for my next opponent. Not sure how you do that for random teams tbh.

Perhaps just right click and ask for a team report?

thanks now I found it, I got the big strength and weaknesses report as usual but then I found on the botton right corner there is another small button to get to the tactics screen... :-)

You can set your scout to automatically scout opponents

Hey guys, I don't know why but I don't receive this report anymore so I never know what formation/roles/style of play my opponent will use

When I go to the data hub and "next opponent", I can only see this screen : 

Is there a way to fix this problem? In my previous save, I remember seeing the report but it has stopped for no reason as well, I thought it was a bug but in this new save I just never received the report
