No NT call ups

why is it that none of my youth players in my first team is not called up for under 21 nt even though they are better than the ones called up.
been a problem for a couple of years, im 11 years in

If you have the ingame editor, check their reputation compared to the things that are in the team. And the team reps compared to the team reps of the players that are called up. Might be in that.

My team has the highest rep in the world and my players have better rep than the ones who gets called up

There's a tendency for really high reputation players to not get called up for age group sides (which to an extent reflects real life), and also a couple of nations that for licensing reasons don't call up real players to any of their national teams

For what nations? There are certain licensing issues for a few nations.

If your players are very close to getting called up to the senior team, the game will put the in the senior NT "pool" and, when they don't end up being called up to the senior team, the U21 team doesn't have them in their "pool" to give them an U21 call-up.
