@buzzing_hornet - a few of us like-minded LLaMas are still active. Have a search for the Realism thread on here. Not as active as it once was, but people post the odd update in there and everyone in that thread plays (pretty much) in line with the old Lower League Manager forum rules.

And pop over to the Careers and Challenges forums - a good few lower league tales there (I had a habit of starting ones at level 14, or 12 or 10 if I was ambitious).
