Team has no squad selected for match

Hello guys, this is the first post I do in this section. I'm encountering some problems when I try to convert to advanced rules some files I downloaded from here with many revamped competitions.

The file in question adds CONCACAF Cup Winners' Cup and a Supercup between the winner of the Champions League and Cup Winners' Cup.

The big, big problem I'm encountering is this:

The team named there changes every time randomly, so it is not a problem about a specific team.

I've tried changing set up dates, i've tried changing start years, but guys, it seems i just can't do it right. The most frustrating part is that there are no rules about the North American Champions League, so I really can't even remove squad selection rules to make it right.

I'm really interested in an answer because well, converting all these files will allow me to play the game as I love to intend it, so taking a small team from a very small nation, gaining money thanks to these competitions and taking the team on the throne after long time. So, if you could give me an answer, I would appreciate it in an unexplicable way.

Is it possible that some of the teams mentioned can qualify for both the Champions League and the Cup WInners Cup?

Datewise and teamwise that might get some mixing up.

Is your file in Basic Rules normal?
This way there are no error messages.

1) On the other hand, as there is no winner at the moment, your Super Cup will have to be postponed to start in 2024. To do this, you'll have to switch to Advanced Rules.

2) Another problem you'll undoubtedly encounter is the risk of having teams qualified in other continental competitions appear in your CWC.

For this kind of file, I think you'll have to switch to Advanced Rules in any case.

 

Edit: Your schedule is pretty tight too, in the group phase you have 7 games in less than a month.
Then for the elimination rounds in 12 days you have 5 matches, which can also cause scheduling conflicts.

In the end I kind of resolved it removing match rules for the cup winners cup and after removing the more pressing bug I came to a solution, as you said, making the super cup starting in 2024. 

 

This editor is way too complicated btw, they should simplify it 😔

That's probably a risk in game tbh but I don't mind having super tight schedules I love a bit of chaos in my careers.
