cpfcrebel Posted March 4 Share Posted March 4 Good afternoon all, I was wondering if anybody could help me make sense of how mortgage loans work in the game. I've had it a couple of times in different saves and it's confusing and frustrating me in equal measure, due to not having a clue how it works. I can see the mortgage loan within my debt and loans tab in finances, but I cannot see any mention of it within my income or expenditure. And when I spend the money granted from it, it goes onto the balance sheet but no signs of this mortgage loan money. Could anyone explain what I am missing?
