Big problem in multiplayer match screen

We play a multiplayer career in Football Manager. When my friend watches my match, we have a problem because the match he watches is before in time.

For example; On my screen, while my player is crossing the ball, he is already watching the goal. This problem ends all the excitement of the game. (synchronization problem)

I request this issue to be resolved.
