How to install the Classics24 Skin on FM24 :

Simply move the downloaded Classics24.fmf file to your "skins" folder and select the skin in-game (preferences area).

Windows: By default the 'skins' folder is located at:

Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2024 > skins

If the folder doesn't exist, create it.

Mac: Open a Finder window and press CMD + Shift + G. Enter

~/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2024/skins

Right click, new folder, name skins. Put in there.

Image packs not included (Stadium, cities, trophies, logos, players have to be downloaded separately)

Loving the skin, made a couple of changes to it for myself one question I have, i've tried to mess around to stop back grounds from showing as I dont like them being there. I've managed that but its also removed the city picture from the club info screen. Is there any way you could point me in the direction to get them back without having them appear as a backround behind everything.

Thanks in advance.

I was going to ask the same question about the backgrounds.

Loving the skin

search for transparency in the "class object browser" and remove it from the possible 2 places and it should be gone as a background

Thanks for the reply. This skin doesn't seem to have the "class object browser" folder or panel. It does have the 'client object browser' with these 3 entries:

Do I need to delete the 3 lines of code with or the 3 blocks of code wit 'transparency' in them?

just the transparentcy="0" and transparentcy="0.97"

so yes all 3 - but not the entire line

Skin is great, a little tribute to CM, right?

I have an issue. it seems that my screen is too small for optimal view for this skin.

I'm playing with 1366x768 on a 15' screen. Any workaround to solve this?

there really isnt any work around for these things.

Most skins are made for a set resolution and zoom and some are able to scale, while others can't

in these cases you either have to get a monitor that can support it, rebuild the affected page or find another skin

@Korloneispossible use in fm22? Thanks

it's rare and unlikely that you can take a newer skin and use in a older FM as things change

but you can always try and change the Fm24 to Fm22 in the config file and see what works and what does not

Thanks, I had tried but I can't extract it, wouldn't you be able to send me the non-fmf file? @snowofman

no sorry.

But it's a zip file, and should be easy to unpack, 7zip is free and windows can also by default unpack zip files
