Use this mod, and you don't need to do anything to any comp file XML. Follow the instructions, Install this mod, and you can modify stadiums freely. Remember, that if you do many changes in your dB, sometimes it won't save, and the stadium changes you did, it will fail. So every... 5-10 minutes or so, load original dB, load your stadium dB again, and verify the file - if any failed, fix it. Good luck 👍🏻🙏🏻

Hi there people, I have made a new fictiv competition (Romania Rebranded), that includes: # 3 playable leagues, with a total 8 subdivision, and 1 (4th tier) playable league with 42 regional sub divisions. Each division has 16 teams to choose and play, first 3 leagues has playoff -playout system, league 4 and all it's 42 sub division play regular 2 games a year each. champions join a 12 group promotion playoff with extra games. # There is also 4 tier league for U19 teams, that can relegate and promote, plus the 1st league champions can go to UEFA youth cup. # For the first 3 leagues, There are awards for players, managers, even for the referee, there is TV type setup, time and dates when the games are played. # For each local region it has been created custom weather, it has been added local region media source, and some other 9 general national media sources. # All leagues and cups, Seniors and U19, have final/stage prize money and advance TV money, to ensure no financial collapse. # Country tax has been modified, minimum wage for players has been added for full time and part time. # Kits and stadiums has been updated to current situation for first 3 leagues (120+ teams), stadium has been added to the league 4 teams (regional common stadium that share together), no team is owned or sponsored by government any longer, prizes for entire competition is more than 170 Mil per Year. I think i found a way to modify the minimum wage in your country. They do work well enough. 1st Method: Go to Database - Nation - Your country - Transfer and Contracts - Weekly Wages - Here you can set a minimum weekly wage based on the reputation of the players. 2nd Method is in Advanced Rules - Show rules for Nation ( your country ) - Transfer - Transfer Rules - Scroll down and Activate Player Wage Rules. Add minimum full time wage / minimum part-time wage You can also select for what type of player. Please remember this wages are based on weekly wages.

Hi there, If you select a league in database, you can modify the minumum and maximum wages. Database - Nation you want - League you want - Staff Policies I don't know how it works, or if it works..not tested yet. 😢

I found something like this at league settings - staff setting. But I haven't checked the advance rules yet, only in basic. You could try to search it in there.

It would be nice that each week, the manager could have the option of saying something to the team, individual or multiple, based on the training report. Options like praises, criticism, encouragement. I agree 👍🏻

😅 I stopped asking for more money long time ago, sometimes I just ask for less. Is useless feature. I can't spend it, and that is a minus for the game imo. The first post is or can be part of the game. If I would be at my career beginning, I would try to spend some part of the money on courses and tutoring, if the club would reject my request.

I do want better stadiums, facilities, and all that, but if the club does not belong to you, as ownership, than you as manager should have nothing to say about were to build it, and how to look like, and other things related to the stadium and the facilities. Sure, if you are 10 years old coach for same team, maybe you can have an opinion, but other than that, is not manager business how the club owner think is better for his club. You as manager can only ask for improvement, but that is all.

The skin is great, but in steam deck, i could not see the kits. i made a modification, if anyone wants this, and now you can use a tab and see the team kits. you can do it in FM Editor, but after you use the first post tutorial. the only bad side is that you need to start new career, and also.. sometimes it will not be the way you wanterd. For example.. i have a stadium that has a middle part that is in the middle of nowhere...and it supposed to be fixed with the others...
