Hi @s33r, thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately this is a known issue with Quick Resume on Microsoft's side which we're waiting for them to fix, so we're not sure when there will be a solution to this.

Can you post a thread in the Touch or Xbox Edition bugs forum for us please (depending on what platform you're playing on)? That way we can track it and look into it. If you can provide examples and a save file that'd be great.

It's certainly not perfect yet and we're very aware of that and striving to make improvements as soon as possible, so we appreciate any constructive feedback, however negative. Making such a menu and text heavy game that's traditionally always been designed for mouse and keyboard controller-friendly has been a big challenge!

Good to know this issue with Google Play is still there... (we only support devices with a screen size of 7.9"+ and the S10+ shows as Unsupported in the Google Play Console)

We're looking into supporting Chromebooks in the future but not for this year. There are a handful of ARM-based Chromebooks which run Android apps natively which should be able to run the game but we don't officially support them.

Just to clarify - if you click the left stick to enable the cursor emulation, does that allow you to navigate to the Save/Cancel buttons and close the save dialog?

We would expect Reset to Default option within Preferences to reset the zoom level to the default - if that's not working then we would strongly advise you do not attempt to adjust the zoom level via the Fantasy Draft preferences while we investigate the issue further.

[Adjust display on Xbox?]

If you press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Xbox Guide then go to Profile & System > Settings > General > TV & display options are there options there which allow you to adjust the display?

Where did you hear such rumours?! Unfortunately for saves to be fully compatible with all devices we support, we're limited by the lowest-spec ones which couldn't handle more than three nations at once.

That's news to us as FM21 Touch doesn't support any Amazon Fire tablets! Basically it's a case of buy at your own risk as we can't guarantee the game will run well, or at all, on an Amazon device.

[Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition Bug Reporting Guidelines]

Before creating a thread in the FM21 Xbox bugs forum, please first search the forum to see if someone else has already posted the same issue - any duplicate threads will be locked.

When reporting a new issue, there is no way to extract Xbox Edition save files to provide to us, so we need as much information as possible. Please always try to provide the following when reporting a new issue:

• Team managed
• Leagues loaded
• In-game date
• Steps to reproduce the issue if known

If the issue is a crash or freeze it also helps to know where in the game it is happening and whether it is happening when performing a specific action, when continuing, or on a specific in-game date.

Lastly, screenshots to illustrate the issue are always helpful.

Exactly this - we're hoping to add these two soon but those two in particular have slightly different chipsets to the other Samsungs we have so we don't want to add them until we've been able to test them thoroughly.

It's really difficult for us to say unfortunately as it was an issue on Google's side - all we can say is the device runs the game well and it is showing as supported in the Google Play console. If anyone encounters the same issue again this year we will chase it with Google to see if we can find a resolution.

Yes, potentially, but please remember you buy the game for a device not on our compatible list at your own risk and we cannot guarantee support if there are issues with the game on that device.

Please accept our apologies for the list being published later than usual this year. We always aim to ensure that any device included on this list has been thoroughly tested to ensure it runs the game to a level we're satisfied with, and unfortunately the COVID-19 situation and the fact we're all working remotely without easy access to all our available devices has made that much more difficult this year, with devices regularly having to be couriered between different members of the team for development and testing.

Please note that if your Android tablet isn't on this list, it may not necessarily mean it cannot run the game, it just means we can't guarantee being able to offer support for it, though we will always try our best to do so in the bugs forums.
