Why are people picking all these other teams when we were told that Germany vs Spain is the "real" final, and presumably everybody goes home after that?

The wolf salute is legal in Germany, but interestingly enough, not in Austria - so I think it was also meant as a little FY to Austria.

Gonna miss this one, but I don't think I'll miss much in terms of entertainment. Both teams looked uninspiring in the group phase, but I reckon France is more likely to up their game.
