Their reputation is worldwide as you can see on the screenshots.. I think it's more a problem that they both don't play in a position that the manager is using. The Spain manager is using a 4-4-2 without anyone in the AM-strata and Lanza can only play AMR/L , while the Italy manager is using 2 DMC's and 1 AMC instead and Ferramosca can only play MC.

Club reputation has nothing to do with the capability of your players being able to play gegenpress, tiki-taka or route one.. If you want to spent as less time as possible on tactics just go for gegenpress

Both teams are fun options, I'm more a Benfica-fan than Leverkusen, so I would prefer them! I myself, am starting with my favorite club: RSC Anderlecht! In real life they're doing aweful so they deserve better!

With a 4232 you should have the numerical superiority 😅

Euhm..you can give a PI to your players to press a specific oppostion player..

But you do see that their playing direct vertical football right? We're not talking about long passes..

You are only referring to his last season at RB Leipzig, not the seasons before that..

I was just interpreting your post.. I myself was experimenting with a 3-4-1-2 influenced by last years Domenico Tedesco's RB Leipzig..but didn't find great success with it in FM23 as I don't get much out of the AMC.. So now I'm switching to a 3-1-4-2, currently experimenting with this formation: TF-S AF-A MEZ-S BBM-S WB-A RGA-S WB-A WCB-S CD-D WCB-S SK-D
