The legend, the one and only claassen has posted a San Marino League file.  He didn't release anything else for FM20 and FM21 as the editor was bugged - hopefully this year he'll make a comeback as he produced amazing world league packs.

Transfer meetings or staff meeting? The staff ones can be enabled in Staff -> Responsibilities -> Advice and Reports (at the very bottom).

I haven't noticed any transfer meetings in FM22, other than the ones that occur around the transfer windows.

Ah, i saw only the one right at the start. They occur only around the transdfer windows.

  3. Some pages are really lagging. When i want to look at the salary page of the Vanarama North it looks like it crashed, nearly 2 min later the site finally appears (sry for my english).

Reason for looking is something new for me ... i want to buy a player with Telford, and there was a notice in red, that my salaries are over 367 k (???). That was the cap due finacial fairplay. Dont understand this.

Last year I started with no club/badges & finished the save having managed Notts County, Chelsea, Real Madrid & Dortmund. I often start as a non league English team & take them to the Prem. Also done the European journeyman a couple of times. Not sure who to start with on full game release, been thinking about a Bilbao save due to their transfer restrictions.

When you start a Journeyman, what is your setup then?

I've had the odd save where I've been at a crossroads and been offered a new managerial role I want but also wanted to keep developing my current club. In those I've sometimes created another manager to take on the job my existing manager doesn't so I get to do both.

Hey, thats a great idea! Year for year i manage Telford and after leaving i think i miss something.

Nice. I think I choose a different club every year, because I always choose the one with the lowest media expectations. Higher board and fan approval if I win the promotion in the first season. Especially if the club has no prior history of winning titles, makes you feel like you're the one building the history. But that's hard to find in England, since in the leagues' long history, everyone has won something. You become a club legend already by the time you reach Championship, or even League One.

In FM20 it was Blyth Spartans, because they had B-Team, which was crazy good for youth development that it almost felt like cheating in such low leagues. I think they don't have B-Team in FM21 anymore.

Also, I tend to choose a team with a cool unique name and colours (and existing rivals), so it becomes a good brand when I reach the CL. It's dumb, but it's kind of a role playing. And I try to avoid clubs from London like a plague, there's more than enough of those. :D

My ever first Team was Hornchurch....

    Not quite.

I had already downloaded them and had them in the editor data folder when the game started. I like to do this as, even though the leagues aren’t loaded - the league rules are, and it, at least, gives a division (with games modelled in no detail but games, never the less). For any future saves, now they are available, I will have the league rules for every league in the world - even if I don’t load them as playable

This meant I was able to then add in the leagues as playable.

How many extra league files do you have "pre-loaded"? :)
