  1. So now its two months in a row that i have been awarded with the Head Coach of the month award.
  2. We did it, we won against MK Dons and it was such a nerve wrecking match. So many missed chances, so many yellow cards, so many cautionary subs i had to make, it was a killer but at the end we managed to get the win with the minimal score and the scorer was who else then Zach Robinson. Manager of the MK Dons, Derek McInnes was not happy with the loss and he had some comments to make after the match and all i can say to him is "TAKE IT". He might be upset with the way we played but none of the players were injured, we were penalised for the way we played, time to move on, thank you. This makes it five wins in a row in the league without a single conceded goal.
  3. ****, my first goalkeeper got injured a day before the derby, huge setback as my second GK is not up to par of a match of this kind, im going to ask Harrison Foulkes to under the effect of injections.
  4. aaaah ok its like a fast food restaurant chain there ok got it. Makes sense, Hamburger Cup
  5. This season has been amazing so far and not in my wildest dreams i would dream that we are on the verge of double crown after 4 seasons in charge. Since i lost my EFL League One match against Peterborough i have went on a raging run of five wins in a row with 10 goals score and NONE conceded. It looks like i have turned into Jurgen Klopp and my team has been playing like Liverpool in its best days. There is twelve matches left in the season and every match we play is giving me goosebumps. Our next rival in the league is none other tho my fierce rival MK Dons, getting a win against them at this moment with so much at stake would be frikin unbelivable. So far i have clashed with them 3 times and we came out as winners twice. Im thinking about holding a meeting and rallying the troops, we are in comfortable lead but things can change so fast and i do not want them to become complacent, not now.
  6. haha pizza trophy? but yeah, every trophy counts in the low leagues. this season has been nothing short of magic and at moments we were playing like liverpool, and wait till u see the next update.
  7. Its that time of the year again. I have been the head coach of the month, my second reward of this kind i won.
  8. I appreciate the support brother but although with heavy heart i gotta say im already half way into the second season being in League One lol And we are actually pushing it for the tittle and direct promotion to the championship
  9. So one of my early stars of the club, fans player of the year Josh Davison got a bit neglected by me, there were some new signings that pushed him out of the team and he was not happy about it, so trying to keep my players happy i really wanted to make sure Davison is happy, he helped me a lot and was one of the significant players in our run for the League Two tittle. So far he has scored 53 goals for wimbledon. So i approach him and ask is there anything that is bothering him and him being a loyal servant like he is all this years responds to me like this. So this guy won me on his side for good, lets give him a few starts and see what happens and oh boy was i not dissapointed.
  10. So it is all ready for Papa Johns quarter final match clash between Man. City reserves and mighty AFC Wimbledon. All of my best individuals were ready and healthy and everything was ready for a crowd of 7.000 fans of football. We are off to a flyer, my CMF and captain on this match gets us off to a great start by scoring a thumping shot from 25 metres away and everything looked like a fairy tale but not for long. My star player. Ayoub Assal gets sent off for an unexplainable tackle on the middle of the field when there was no any implications of a dangerous attack. So i decided not to change anything, tactics remained the same, mentality is the same, i just moved Aribim Pepple from his striker role to replace Assal on the AMR with Zach Robinson staying as the only striker. And it worked like a charm, and early cross from my RB was enough for Robinson to beat the keeper to the ball and increase the lead for us just before the half time. Heroics performance from the defense as they have not allowed our opponent to score a single goal, they had 6 shots at target and they were all saved by my GK but the performance of the match goes still to my home grown CD Paul Kalambayi. Bravo chaps. And my next opponent is already known, its Bristol City, 9th placed tea from League One, one of the few that has managed to beat me this season.
  11. lol Your second striker has better finishing then my three years in a row best scorer
  12. You have the same troubles like i do in my AWF Wimbledon, were creating chances but problem is converting them.
  13. This is the situation on the table after 30 matches in the season. We are literally being tittle contenders after a season in the League One. Team has been playing incredible at moment and i was first literally a match a go when i suffered defeat from Peterborough, team who has beaten me three times in a row. I had troubles with scoring goals at times and u can see that with my striker who has been the best scorer in the past three seasons now has scored only 11 goals, he has not been playing constantly as a starter but still a disappointment seeing miss some of the sitters.
  14. So i am through the two knockout rounds of Papa John's Trophy and my rival in quarter final is Man. City U21s
  15. OK, so we are not even close to the half of the season and i think we already have a match of the season. I just watched my team take the lead, goes behind and retakes the lead in the 92nd minute to win the match. Absolutely crazy match where 6 goals were scored in the first half. So we take the lead early in the game with my CMF scoring a beauty outside of the box and 10 minutes later ref gives a penalty for tripping which is held by my GK. What happens later is that the player which missed the penalty assists for an equalizer. Again 10 minutes of silence and a goal, my new striker helps us retake the lead away at Portsmouth. This time 10 minutes was enough for Portsmouth to retake the lead and i already thought we are going on a break behind but once more Mr. Pepple proves me wrong and scores an equalizer and his second goal of the game. Second half was surprisingly quiet and chopped up by fouls and yellow cards and once more i was quite happy with a draw but he said NO. Mr. Pepple took a beautiful powerful shot from inside the box that placed the ball behind the opposing goalkeeper for the victory and pandemonium in the stands for the away fans. Amazing away victory that brought big joy for me and the fans all together.
  16. Also, it looks like i made my board proud. There were some rumors of me taking over Sheffield Wednsdeay so a reported approached me asking me about it and basically i said "up yours Hillsborough, im going nowhere" which made my boss happy
  17. So me and my players were on a receiving end of a heavy HEAVY defeat in the first round of the FA Cup but we are through the groups of the EFL aka Papa John's cup and we are hosting Millwall in the first knockout round.
  18. U better believe i fkn believe, after a start like this everything is possible.
  19. What a match! I was playing against Millwall, newly relegated team which is amongst one of the favorites to clinch promotion this season and they were the favorits on paper so i was expecting a tough match and i was ready for a loss but man, this team, this AFC Wimbledon team once more proves that we can handle best in the league. I had some sitters that were missed and i was punished for it by conceding a goal in 60th minute, deserved it. So i thought lets just score and be happy with one point so we did exactly that, it was 1:1, time was running out and i was quite happy with a draw against the wolves. But David Fisher said NO! Last minute of added time just started running out and Luke Matheson, my RB received the ball from the GK and ran over the whole pitch before he crossed a beauty which had Fisher in front of the goal placing a beautifully placed shot that gave us the win. Pandemonium in the stands here at Cherry Red Cross stadium.
  20. So although winning of the FA Cup is an unrealistic target right now i have decided to take a bit more serious approach to cup competitions and the one im interested in is EFL Trophy aka Papa John's Trophy. My first opponent is a well known team and i decide to play as most players from first XI is possible to not risk losing points in this encounter. It worked like a charm, well known strikers are still working together great and manage to take part in all three goals we scored against Bristol Rovers, great start of the competition sets us at the top of the group. What happened in the EFL League one is that after a victory against Plymouth with two goals scored by Zach Robinson (my best scorer in last two season) we are sitting pretty at the top of the league One. It feels nice, even if it is just for a couple of hours.
