hey @Smurf this is unrelated to FM but I don't know anyone else I could ask for advice! My Wife's laptops has died, just as she's started her big essay for her Masters Degree - is there a laptop you'd recommend just for Word Processing & internet browsing, under a budget of £300? Very unlikely to be used for gaming, might be used for netflix or something similar.

I don't know if it makes a difference but I am planning to create a team in the pre-game editor and add it to the Sheff & Hallam league - preferably adding one to bring the league up to 16 teams, but I might swap one of the Reserve sides out; what would be easier would you say? Thanks!

You don't have to do all 45 leagues - I'd be happy with just the ones from Yorkshire & the East Midlands haha

The funny thing is, the over-age players were auto-generated by the game! I had three 28 year olds. I'd already seen that it wouldn't allow me to sign any other players over 21, but I assumed that I'd be ok with older players already in the squad, and plan to mostly bring players through the youth-team. Wasn't too worried until I came to play the first league game and saw half my best players were ineligible.
Think removing the age limit is the right thing to do - Bidvest Wits from the South African top-flight are a fully professional University team, with players of all ages too so there's a precedent there - ta matey!

Hey @joltage, found a weird problem with the Wakandan Challenge League - some of my players are "ineligible to play due to being over the maximum age requirement for this competition"? Was this intentional, or has something gone awry? thanks!

I hadn't even thought of that, I hope so! I believe this file replaces Sudan, who irl have two entrants into the CAF Champions league, both coming in from the preliminary round, so hopefully Wakanda will do the same. Winning this will hopefully also allow entry to the Club World Cup too?

Hi @Dan BHTFC earlier in the thread you mentioned that you were intending to include the Sheffield & Hallamshire County Leagues - is that still the plan? Even just the Premier Division at Level 11 would be great, though there are an additional two leagues below that
