I've not really done this before but I want to update my writing style and improve so I will explain my tactical style. So this is how I am going to play. 4-2-3-1 Gegenpress with two DM's. So the idea is to use the shot stopping of Neto who is a very capable goalkeeper. Our creative outlets will be Jefferson Lerma and Jaidon Anthony as we need to use Jaidon's pace to run through the wings and cross it to Dom Solanke. Jefferson Lerma is going to be our creative outlet centrally. Our defense with Marcos Senesi and Chris Mepham as centre backs is solid enough. We need our full backs to provide balance. Ryan Christie is someone who will play a free role and I will do my best to replicate his Celtic form. Marcus Tavernier on the other hand is the guy who will hold the attack together. So this is the plan.

My first club I am going to manage is Bournemouth. This is what the squad looks like. And this is a 2022-23 season setting in FM 2024.

Honestly as I have been doing saves, it has been difficult to get into a rhythm as I have been getting bored quickly. We finish in 9th place in the Israeli Premier League with Hapoel Tel Aviv. This is what the end of season form looks like. Although we did not particularly have any major relegation threat, we still beat the drop comfortably. Also, Todd Kane will join the club on a free transfer.

The so called "better players" weren't quite performing, so it is not based on star rating but on individual performances that I had to sell them and I was also recommended to sell them by the board. Here is how I am doing things tactically. I am playing a 3-4-3 because there is a promise to play Gabriel Osho at wide centre back. Also in the board vision, it is said I have to play attacking and possession football. So yes I am doing everything to hold on to my job.

Mid season review. We are bottom of the Premier League. We severely lack quality and we need some reinforcements in January to at least give us a fighting chance for survival.

Carlton Morris is going to join Al Ahli in January 2024 for 7.75 million pounds. Cauley Woodrow is going to join Al Ahli in January 2024 for 3 million pounds. Venton Evans joined the club on a free transfer. We had a board meeting and we need to step up in terms of results. We will face Leicester City in the next round of the FA Cup.
