I now have a new job. I am now the new manager of Eintracht Frankfurt. I will be starting the new season with them. This is what the squad looks like.

I have been sacked by Real Sociedad after finishing 8th this season, I definitely deserved more time at the club and the sacking was unjust. It is similar to my time at Tottenham, I won quite a bit of games and I think that I at least deserved a chance to build up Real Sociedad.

End of season update. We finished 8th in La Liga with Real Sociedad after getting 57 points in 38 games. We had to sell a lot of players to balance the books and we needed to help the players get used to the Gegenpressing system. Let's do our best to improve next season or at least maintain where we are. Also towards the end of the season Samuel Umtiti joined on a free transfer.

We are doing okay in the league and we are well on course to get European football next season. Ekain Orobengoa went on loan to SJK for the rest of the season.

February update. After taking over at Real Sociedad for 9 league games, we are still in the Champions League spots. It has been a mixed record, we are still in European competition, in the Europa League. We went through the first two rounds of the Spanish Cup and then got knocked out by Burgos. There were a lot of deals done in the transfer window and we had to sell some of our better players to keep the club afloat. But then we have got some adequate replacements. This Real Sociedad side reminds of the rich Malaga side that lost some of their better players but still kept themselves afloat. Now we need to sustain our run of form in the league. Also, one more transfer update, Mohamed Ali-Cho went to New York Red Bulls for 8.5 million pounds. Also, Alex Martin joined the club on a free transfer.

Dani Diaz went on loan to Leonesa. Tommaso Pobega joined the club from AC Milan for 19 million pounds. Sergio Gomez joined the club from Manchester City for 16.75 million pounds. Angel Correa joined the club from Atletico Madrid for 9 million pounds. Jon Martin went on loan to Ibiza.

Ander Guevara went on loan to Feyenoord. Jose Fonte went to Al Fayha for 10.75k pounds. Jon Karrikaburu has gone to Valladolid for 2.1 million pounds. Robin Le Normand went to Newcastle United for 27 million pounds. Hamari Traore went to Villarreal for 1.9 million pounds.

Spurs were predicted to finish 7th in the Premier League. So basically the rule is to take over the best of the rest team in every league if I get sacked. I used the editor to move clubs. So it is like, I got sacked by Spurs so I took over the team predicted to finish 7th in the league in La Liga, as they have the 2nd best reputation. So if I get a job interview I leave the club if I get a job. Each time I get sacked I take over at a job in a league of a lower reputation. So if I get sacked by Real Sociedad, I will take over at a club which is predicted to finish 7th in Serie A or 6th in the Bundesliga. As one of them are the third highest in terms of reputation in Europe.

I have been sacked by Tottenham Hotspur after being in 15th place with 16 points from 14 games. They have pulled the trigger. It is time to now look for a new club.

We had a board meeting as we are in danger of losing our job. We need to improve our form right away. Also Joe Rodon has been sold to Al Ahli (KSA) for 20 million pounds.

Keeping the wage bill under control. That's what is important. As a club we have to live within our means and play the kind of football we are capable of playing. We have seen many sides keep their best players only to their detriment where they are together and they fail to win silverware which leads the club to sell players for discounted prices. So we might as well do what we can within our limits.

First quarter review. We are currently 10th in the league. We have been knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Manchester United. Marc Guehi and Ivan Perisic are our standout performers so far this season. Viktor Gyokeres has been chipping in with the goals. Harry Kane has been moved to a new position where he is dropping deeper. We are not quite where we want to be but we can do it.

An injury crisis has struck the club and we are doing well in the league despite that. We can continue this run of form further down the line.

We signed Carlos Alcaraz from Southampton for 17.25 million pounds. He has gone back on loan to Southampton. We also got Elliot Anderson on loan from Newcastle United. Davinson Sanchez went on loan to Newcastle United. Taylor Harwood-Bellis joined the club from Manchester City for 7 million pounds. Billy Heaps has gone on loan to South Shields.

We will face Manchester United in the next round of the Carabao Cup. Jamie Donley went on loan to Oxford United. Brooklyn Lyons-Foster went to Rotherham for 56k pounds. Also we have got Callum Hudson-Odoi on loan from Chelsea.

We loaned out Giovani Lo Celso to Juventus. Also, Alfie Devine has gone on loan to Hull City. Nicolo Rovella has joined Tottenham Hotspur from Juventus for 43.5 million pounds. Fraser Forster has joined Al Shabab for 2.4 million pounds.
