Andrea D'Ambrosio went to Genoa for 25.5k pounds. We are currently 5th in the league and we are doing well against the smaller teams, but against the bigger teams we really need to step up our game. So far, I am satisfied with our form and I hope it continues.

Kevin Trapp signed for Fiorentina for 5.75 million pounds. We are flying high in the league due to Lorenzo Lucca's spectacular form and long may that continue.

Here is how the season ended at Fiorentina. We finished 9th in Serie A. And this is the season roundup. We missed out on the Europa Conference League by a bit and we hope we come back stronger next season.

A story about my ex-club Everton. After I left Everton in December, they hired Roberto De Zerbi as manager, and went into freefall and got relegated. It was the right time to leave Everton and jump ship after about 18 months in charge there. It was not quite working out when I was there and I was lower mid table when I left, the fact that the club sunk like a stone after I left shows that it was the right decision to leave the club.

We have still managed to hold on to 7th place, we hope that we can go higher in the table with Fiorentina. We have also been knocked out of the Italian Cup in the quarter final by Lazio.

We sold Sofyan Amrabat to AC Milan for 40.5 million pounds and we brought jorginho in as his replacement from Arsenal for 14.5 million pounds. We got our first loss in the league under my management against Bologna but we still hold on to 7th place.

Louis Munteanu has gone on loan to Augsburg. Vittorio Agostinelli has gone on loan to Virtus Verona. Christian Kouame has gone to Al Ittihad for 8.5 million pounds. Also we beat Roma to move into the European spots. We look like we can stay there.

We made our first signing. James Tarkowski came from Everton for 51 million pounds. Filippo Distefano went on loan to Foggia. Dimo Kratsev went on loan to Botev Vratsa. Also we beat Torino in the cup and we will face Lazio in the next round.

Toni Fruk has gone on loan to Gent. Niccolo Pierozzi has gone on loan to Union SG. We played in a spirited way against Napoli and we are still unbeaten since I have walked into the door, also we have kept five clean sheets, so long may that continue.
