What happened in Europe (2022-23 season) Part 1.

Southampton have been relegated from the Premier League. We tried our best to save them from the drop but it was not to be. It was a gamble taking the job and for a moment it looked like we would stay up but we did not. And now I have resigned from the job.

After many games we have finally got a win in the league, we can still survive in the league and we are focused on doing that. Three games to go, let's see what we can do.

Manuel Lanzini has joined Southampton on a free transfer. Lyanco joined Zenit on loan from Southampton. Also we are joining West Ham United at the end of the season.

We have picked up 3 points again, against Brighton in the league. Mohammed Salisu went to West Ham for 29.5 million pounds. Theo Walcott went on loan to Western Sydney Wanderers. Also this is how the league table looks like at the moment.

We are going to face Leicester City in the next round of the FA Cup. Sekou Mara has gone on loan to Angers SCO. Juan Larios has gone on loan to Mechelen. Moi Elyounoussi has gone on loan to CSKA Moscow. We also signed Sam Surridge from Nottingham Forest for 1.4 million pounds. He will be a good depth option and he also knows how I operate as the manager.

We entered Southampton when we were at 18th place in the league. A win against Wolverhampton Wanderers and a draw against Manchester United means that we are now in 17th place. Also we beat West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup and have progressed to the next round. Jake Vokins has gone on loan to Exeter. In the transfer window I will be looking to re-shape my squad accordingly.

So I have some news, I have left Nottingham Forest after nearly 7 months in charge, yes I have resigned from the club and I have joined Southampton as their new manager. This is what the squad looks like.

So injuries have affected us. We have had a board meeting because of the form of Remo Freuler and they are unsatisfied with me because of his form and want to wield the axe on me if I don't drop him. Earlier also, I kept looking for jobs as I wanted to be a manager who does not want to stay in a sinking ship but the cup game against Coventry changed that where we progressed to the next round and also the fighting performance in the league against Newcastle where we drew the game showed that the players are still playing for me. We will face West Brom in the first game of the FA cup btw.

Roland Sallai and Keylor Navas have been the bright sparks in this torrid run of form. We got another win in the cup as Chris Wood scored the winner in the last few minutes of the game and we progress to the next round where we face Tottenham. We are bottom of the Premier League and we need wins quickly.

We need a revival here at Nottingham Forest. Emmanuel Dennis is the only bright spark after he has got 5 goals so far in all competitions. Other good players include Keylor Navas. The players who have been okay at best are Brennan Johnson, Gustavo Scarpa and Taiwo Awoniyi. Renan Lodi and Felipe have also been decent but they have been inconsistent. The two players who have played below expectation are Dean Henderson and Andre Ayew and they have been pushed to the U21 squad.

We got Manu Trigueros on loan from Villarreal here at Nottingham Forest. Also we loaned out Jack Colback to Minnesota. We got our first win in the league against Leicester City and we are now in 17th position. And to round it up, Danilo has got a short injury.

We have had a few departures. Scott McKenna went on loan to Brighton. Lyle Taylor was recalled and then he went out on loan again to Arbroath. We also face Coventry City in the next round of the Carabao Cup. Also here is the fixture list of the fixtures we played so far and how the league table looks after 5 league games.

We lost another game in the league, however we won in the Carabao Cup against Everton, which has given our first win this season. Gabriel Vega joins Nottingham Forest on loan from Boca Juniors.

We have been very unlucky with injuries and we need something to work out for us in the league. Emmanuel Dennis scored our first league goal this season, in a 6-1 defeat to Arsenal. This is what the league table looks like.

A number of loan deals have happened. Harry Arter has moved on loan to Derry City. Cafu has gone on loan to Bristol Rovers. Ryan Yates has gone on loan to Southampton. Lyle Taylor has gone on loan to Sheffield Wednesday. Giulian Biancone has gone on loan to Plymouth.

A few transfers have happened. Joe Worrall has gone on loan to West Ham. Richie Laryea has gone on loan to Vitoria Guimaraes. We have signed Roland Sallai for 7.5 million pounds from SC Freiburg. Also we have signed Rhys Williams from Liverpool for 550k pounds.

A few transfers have happened. We have signed Nahyan Saleh on a free transfer. Jamal Juma Al-Blooshi went to Ras Al Khaimah for 0 pounds. Baptiste Ulens joined Dubai City FC from Rapid Symphorinois for 0 pounds. Hayato Wakino went to Zelvia for 3.6k pounds.

We made three signings so far. Saif Mohamed has joined the club on a free transfer. Saoud Al-Abed joined from Hatta for 0 pounds. And, Ali Abdulla Ali joined Dubai City FC on a free transfer.
