    We played our first game as Iceland manager. It was a friendly against Ukraine and we lost that game. Also the Nations League Division C has been drawn and we are in the group with Georgia, Kazakhstan and Latvia.

    We now have a new job. We are officially the manager of the Iceland National Football Team. This is what the squad looks like.

    We have been sacked by CD Atlas after 10 and a half months in charge. It was the most difficult squad I have coached because of the development of young players that were necessary. It was a hodge podge squad sprinkled with a few star players whose individual quality was relied upon during times of crisis. Apart from the Sunderland squad I coached after overhauling it where I had to promote youngsters, this was by far the most difficult squad I have coached.

    We have finally got a win in the league. Diego Barbosa will join Toluca for 2.7 million pounds and Daniel Mantilla will join Tijuana for 2.4 million pounds.

    We have had some transfers happen. Marko Rog is on his way to SPAL in Italy for 2.3 million pounds. Beraldo has joined CD Atlas on loan from Sao Paulo and Valentin Gomez has joined on loan from West Ham United. Mohamed Drager has cut short his stay in Mexico and will move to Stade Brest in France for 1.3 million pounds. Our form is still poor and we need to turn things around as soon as possible.

    Our form in the league has been poor and we have had a board meeting. We also signed Wuilker Farinez to CD Atlas from VfL Bochum for 200k pounds.

    Portland Timbers have won the Leagues Cup. Gabriel has joined CD Atlas from RB Bragantino for 9.5k pounds. Martin Hernandez has joined Union Academy on loan. Our form is still not very good and we have been unlucky in games.

    Yari Verschaeren has gone to Frosinone for 1.9 million pounds. Sergio Silva has gone to Pumas for 0 pounds. We are still being unlucky in the league and we need more points soon.

    We have been knocked out of the Leagues Cup. Paulo Otavio has joined the club from Atletico Mineiro for 800k pounds. Taufic Arreola has gone to Chihuahua. Alejandro Gomez has gone to Tijuana for 2.5 million pounds.

    Few more transfers have happened. Alan Medina has gone to Al Ain for 2.3 million pounds. Lucas Merolla has gone to Monterrey for 1.1 million pounds. Ainsley Maitland-Niles has joined CD Atlas from Brentford for 2.9 million pounds. We also played our opening Leagues Cup game against Austin FC and lost on penalties.

    We got our first point in the league. We also signed Kevin Sandoval from Cienciano for 300k pounds. The squad is a little bit thin so we need to get some players to augment the youngsters in our squad. Also, Yassine Bounou has retired on the save.

    Some more transfers have happened. Tonny Vilhena has joined CD Atlas from Al Sailiya for 1.1 million pounds. Brayan Cortes has joined the club for 3.7 million pounds from Colo-Colo. Also Mohamed Drager has joined the club from Cagliari for 4 million pounds. Jesus Venegas has moved on loan to Mazatlan. Right now, we need a win to turn around our fortunes.

    We played our opening game of the season and we lost. Also the Leagues Cup draw has been made and we have Austin FC and Atletico La Paz in our group. We also sold Santiago Ramirez for 42.5k pounds and Marcos Junior has gone on loan to Necaxa.

    A few transfers have happened. Cade Cowell has gone to Cruz Azul for 3.2 million pounds. Fidel Ambriz has gone to Club America for 2.6 million pounds. Josafat Davino has gone to Tiaxcala on loan.

    We have formed a new B team called CD Atlas B. This is probably my biggest development at any club. Also Sergio Gutierrez has gone to Tijuana for 800k pounds.

    We have avoided the drop with CD Atlas through a couple of decent results at the end of the season. Ignacio Rivero has retired from professional football, on this save. We also signed Cristian Casseres from Minnesota for 6.25 million pounds.
