  1. End of season review. (2032-33 season) We finished 9th in the league with 48 points from 34 games. The second half of the season was not as good as the first half. But it is okay, we finished mid table. The board wanted us to finish there, of course we were aiming for higher when we were in a very good position. But we can definitely improve on it next season if we get things right.
  2. We had an extremely busy transfer window. And I am hoping that the way I shaped up the squad helps in providing us success. Hopefully this season we can qualify for European football.
  3. Mid season review. (2032-33 season) We are doing well here at Kasimpasa. We went on a 6 game winning streak earlier in the league but since then we have stuttered. But we have a chance to qualify for European football. I hope we do. This is quite the jump from the lower levels of English football and some of the other places we have been at and we are holding our own.
  4. I now have a new job on my save after being unemployed for 5 months. I am back in Turkey. I am now the new manager of Kasimpasa in the Turkish Super Lig. This is the highest level of football I have managed in, on the save so far. So I hope this job goes really well, because it could be the golden ticket towards better jobs. The tactic we are going to be using is the Gegenpress tactic. Also Italy won Euro 2032 on the save after beating Germany in the final.
  5. This was a big cause for concern and we have no money to spend next season at Cheltenham Town. So yeah, I quit and I walked away. I left them in a respectable position with my stock still reasonably high enough to attract a job of a reasonable level. Contrary to my first few clubs where I struggled massively, in the last few jobs I have had, I have done well, barring Latina, who were in a doomed position in Serie C anyway. Built up myself as a bit of a survival and galvanizing specialist. I took Woking towards a playoff contention spot, I made Al Dhaid challenge for the UAE First Division title, About Northampton, Chris Wilder is a jealous guy who pretends to sympathize on the save while coveting the hotseat himself, yes I have got a bit of a rivalry there, and with Cheltenham, I brought them up to a respectable position in the league.
  6. End of season review. (2031-32 season) We finish in a respectable 11th place after getting 70 points from 46 games. We were in charge of 15 of them so we got 25 points from 15 games. I hope next season we can compete for the playoffs. And that is what I am hoping for. Also the Gegenpress tactic worked again, after abandoning it in the last couple of clubs. Next season is the season, where hopefully we can do something with Cheltenham. And here are some of the transfers we made.
  7. I landed the Cheltenham Town job. Hanging on in England. I am loving this. This is what the squad looks like. From bouncing around in places like Turkey, Zimbabwe, China and UAE initially to now cutting it in a decent level of football first in Italy and then in England is progress, it is not as quick as moving to a top club in a matter of years but it is still progress. My methods have value. I have finally come across tactics that work for me, one is the Gegenpress and the other is Wing Play. So with Cheltenham we are going to use the Gegenpress tactic.
  8. Maybe Chris Wilder wants the Northampton Town job. To be honest, I think there has been so much pressure to perform that I ended up quitting the Northampton Town job after just 6 games in charge. This is how the games went, and yeah when someone is waiting for you to fall while sympathizing with you at the same time, that is a dangerous situation. So I decided to walk.
  9. We played the first 14 games at Woking in the new season and got 30 points and we left them in 4th position. However this is the first time I got a new job in the save after leaving a club where the new team had to pay compensation to get me. I stayed at Woking for just over a year. So we now have a new job, I am now the new manager of Northampton Town. We are 18th in the Vanarama National League currently and this is what the squad looks like. I will be using the same Wing Play tactic as it was successful at Woking. We are slowly climbing up the ladder in English football.
  10. We have been offered a new contract by Woking. I have accepted the contract extension and I am delighted to have been offered it. I am slowly but surely turning around my managerial career and I am happy about it. Obviously a lot of you have been sharing a lot of tactical suggestions in the beginning of the save when my time at clubs weren't successful but yes first I used a Gegenpress tactic which worked well as Zimbabwe manager and at Al Dhaid, it failed at Latina and then I tweaked my tactics again where now I am using a Wing Play tactic and it has worked well at Woking. One of the things I am happy with is my evolution as a manager and how things have been working for me now. Also here are the transfers we did throughout the season, quite a number of deals have happened.
  11. End of season review. We finished 16th in the league with 63 points from 46 games. I am pleased with the outcome. We can build further next season and possibly challenge for the playoffs. It is a bit like the Al Dhaid job but the UAE and UK are different when it comes to football management. We have shown our quality in avoiding relegation for the second time in this save and we are slowly but surely building a reputation of being a relegation rescue-specialist. That niche in football management can help me get a certain type of job in management. Let's hope we can progress further.
  12. Latina went to Serie D and therefore since it is not playable it does not show any manager who is in charge of them.
  13. Mid season update. We made a very good start, I am well on my way to avoid relegation with Woking and our team has clicked and if we keep this rate of performances we will comfortably avoid relegation and possibly be in mid table. The rehabilitation after my ill fated spell at Latina is on. But the good news is that I have got recognition from countries like Italy and England and I am getting jobs in those countries when I was previously not getting it. So that is an improvement.
  14. So I have a new job. I have got a job in England. And the club I am managing currently is Woking. This is what the squad looks like and this is the tactic I will use. Also on the save, Italy won the 2030 World Cup.
  15. I got sacked by Latina. But managing to coach in Italy is a huge honour. Regardless of how it went I am pleased with the experience I have gained. In terms of my next job, I will assess all my options available and choose my next job.
  16. We signed a couple of players to give a boost to the squad here at Latina in the January transfer window. Hopefully we can steer clear of relegation.
  17. I now have a new job. And it is in Italy. I have moved from the UAE to Serie C club Latina. I am thrilled to be a part of the project and the idea is to build the club from the ground up. I am once again going with my tried and tested Gegenpress tactic that has worked so well for me. This is the most appealing project that I came across and I wanted a slightly big club compared to the project clubs in emerging countries. Italy is the perfect place to enhance my managerial career and I am delighted to be here. This is what the squad looks like.
  18. This message has made me reconsider my decision to stay at Al Dhaid. The owner is not willing to invest after winning the elections. So I decided to resign. It was good. I was there for nearly a year and I managed to enhance my managerial reputation. I left the club in 5th place in the UAE First Division after saving them from relegation last season. It was a good rehabilitation job and I am happy with my impact at the club.
  19. Mid season review (2029-30 season) We have finally properly turned a corner on this save. My Al Dhaid side in the UAE First Division is fighting for promotion to the UAE Pro League and we are 3rd in the league after getting 30 points from 16 games. I am really thrilled to see my management style finally clicking. I have used the Gegenpress tactic since my time at the Zimbabwe National Team and have not looked back ever since. Finally my patience is paying dividends.
  20. This is how the summer transfer window went. Majority of the players displayed are youngsters signed by the board. But I will tell you the signings that were mine. Ahmed Al Shamsi signed from Al Taawon FC for 63k pounds. Mohammed Al Buloshi signed for the club from Al Wahda (UAE) on a free transfer. Nejc Levec signed from Al Arabi (UAE) for 125k pounds. Essa Surour signed from Laval United on a free transfer. Luis Mendes signed from AVS SAD for 49.5k pounds. Faisal Al Shamsi joined the club on a free transfer. Sebastian Moya signed from Deportes Linares on a free transfer. Ourinhos joined from Motril for 24k pounds. Mohamed Kiza joined from Masafi on loan. Cavafe joined from La Habana on a free transfer. Notable departures include Alhassane Tamboura to CO Bamako for 1.4k pounds, Saeed Saeed to Punjab FC for 22k pounds, David to Al Baynounah for 7k pounds, three players, Uzor Akonnah, Ali Hassan Al Qallaf and Mohamad Ibrahim to Gulf FC on free transfers. Zach Verhoven went to Al Arabi (UAE) on a free. Essa Surour went to United Sports on loan. Saoud Obaid went to Al Jazira Al Hamra for 375 pounds. Adel Al Chadli went on a short loan but he was recalled.
  21. End of season review. Finally some success at club level. We helped Al Dhaid avoid relegation from the UAE First Division. I stuck with the tactic which served me so well as Zimbabwe manager. I played a Gegenpress tactic with a 4-3-3 formation and it worked. I am thrilled for everyone at Al Dhaid, they worked so hard in the final 10 games. We got 17 points from 10 games as we lifted ourselves from the bottom of the league to finish in 11th position out of 16 teams. Probably if I keep saving teams like that from relegation I will get those relegation firefighting jobs. But yes, also I have an end of season squad report. I hope I can achieve more success.
