Might be just us two encountering this problem mate. Is there a list of known issues anywhere before I go to the effort of logging the bug?

I'm playing Man City for the first time in 2 years and wanted to go back and look at what formation I used against them previously when we somehow beat them 3-0 (we still got relegated). When I clicked on the game it said 'full details are not available for this fixture'. Is there some sort of setting I have to enable? I could understand full details from 5 season ago not being available. But for 2 seasons ago, I'd think many managers would like to have the option.

Hi friends. How do I stop the game having so many breaks from advancing (I believe processing is the correct word). Can I dictate to the game what makes the game stop and take me to my inbox, or a comp screen etc?

How do I decide which news items the game decides I need to come back for (ie, it breaks the advancement of the game). I have checked the box to take longer processing.

Both my board and supporters are devastated on this topic, and it is the top marked required importance. Is there any way to ask the board by which criteria they will judge this? Or have any of my fellow players had success against this objective, and are able to discuss how they have achieved this? In the 50 game sample, how many times did you use the same gk? Do you have a SS of his stats? In that 50 game sample, I think you are saying once in every 5 games, you are conceding with your first shot on target you give up. Is that right?

Happens in real life too. FM23 pretty realistic IMO. Once in 20 seasons.....answers your own question my friend. You should congratulate yourself for helping be part of such entertaining football.

I have Talk Sport on. If there's any live football or cricket, I'll have that instead. Sometimes I'll cook alongside FM too.

1.Any idea why my inbox messages with reports from my physio and sports scientist both no longer come through? Have I turned something off accidentally? 2. Can I decide whether player search results only display players with full attributes known? Rather than say players with attribute 8-12 in concentration being displayed when I am specifying 12 in concentration. EDIT: I think you can do this by clicking 'Quick Search' and clicking 'Full Knowledge'

I'm in my fourth season and I'm yet to recall a single instance of a player through on goal from a tightish angle, and they square it to the player who would have an open goal. I'm playing in the Championship so this isn't really down to player vision, teamwork and ability. Even at the level of football I play on Saturdays, that would be an obvious decision to attempt a square pass to my better placed teammate. Are other people having a similar experience? (FWIW I play most often with a short passing style, and 'work ball into box' instruction)

Actually scrap that, I have noticed that the player in question is selfish (low teamwork) so that would be a bad idea. I'll have a look for a model pro in the jan transfer market to mentor some players.

Thanks for the fascinating insights. I only have 2 players in my squad with determination of above 15. And from everything my gut, experience, and this thread tells me, I think I want to avoid having anyone be a mentor if they have determination of 15 or less. One of the 2 players in question doens't speak English, so it would be a bad idea him being a mentor. The other one has a 'media friendly' style, which could indicate controversy? Also he's a bit part player and isn't in a prominent social group, so perhaps would be a bad choice. I think I may try him with some low determination youngsters and see how it goes.

FM23 is a really enjoyable game. Thanks to everyone who put the effort in to make it such. I am surprised I've managed to find so many minor bugs in my first few days of playing it. I'd be willing to give SI Games some advice on how I uncovered those types of bugs during QA when I was a tester at SI games for previous versions of FM. You have my email address. I think a lot of people in this thread are complaining about things that football manager's have to deal with in real life. That's a good advertisement for realism.

How do I take a look at the highlights of all the shots my team had in the last game? I know how to navigate to watch the match again, and can jump to goals. But I cannot work out how to jump to shots, or more specifically SOT

I have expected injuries as 124. You mentioned to report anything over 100. Is that what SI have asked my friend? If i have more players at the club, then my expected injuries would be higher, right?
