Hi @joeghmfc Yes the change did go in, we will look to update the change list. Please note, the fix will require a new save file to take effect.

Hello @Ventom It turns out this was not a bug, if you remove the Yugoslav First Division as the parent of Second Division (same with 3rd & 4th) - the rules will verify after that. The other users in this thread will need to create separate posts and provide us with more information, thank you. -
