That's okay, we we managed to reproduce the issue internally and now have it under review, thanks for raising to us.

Hello, this is how it's always worked, once the player is fined they then decide if they're either ready to get on and put it behind them or keep on skipping training and being unhappy. The player here has decided to stick at it with the club, so this is not a bug.
