To upload files to us, please use the SI Cloud Service. You can drag files directly into it, or can 'Click to Select Files' to open up Windows Explorer and find the file on your system. Please remember to mention the file name of the uploaded file in your forum post. For information on accessing saves so that you can upload them to the cloud, please click here for iOS. For Android: Either use the in-game bug reporter system Or use the Export button on the load game screen Choose your location for exported careers Select the career to export Select a name Export the career Navigate to the location you chose to export using a file management app or with your device plugged into a computer Locate the career and relevant file, and upload to the cloud service

If you have encountered a gameplay bug, then it is really helpful if you can provide a save game (ideally from before the event occurs if possible) Please follow the steps below to access and send us your save file: 1) On Windows 10/11 open the Microsoft Store 2) Sign into your Microsoft account, launch Football Manager 2024 Console (this will start to sync data across from the console) 3) Once the title launches, load the necessary save file from the 'Load Game' or 'Load Last Game' dialog 4) Once the save has loaded, please minimize the game and go to the following: C:\Users\YOUR.NAME\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024 Console\Temporary 5) Within the Temporary folder you will find the save (please note that the save and information will disappear soon after opening) 6) Copy the save file from the folder to another location (for example the desktop) 7) Upload the save file to our SI Cloud Service
