Hi, the board set a target for you to make the playoffs, now that you're made it to the playoffs they've given you a new object, so that's working as we'd expect. For your other issues can you please create new threads, ideally with save games from just before the issues appeared thank you. -

I got offered a job at salford and accepted it before having a meeting with my board in which i said I was leaving. They took that as my resignation? Now I accepted my contract from salford already but I'm not stuck in unemployed.

Hello, I loaded up your save game it was fine for me. It looks like you have a custom 'selection info' it might be caused by that. Can you please try removing your cache and preferences folder as shown in the link below. https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997644231185-How-to-remove-my-caches-and-or-preferences-folders-in-Football-Manager -
