Hello, no offers were present in the save that was uploaded, we holidayed for a week and also didn't get offers. Can we please get a save game with the loan offers present or from just before they generate?

The updating process won't overwrite anything.

Hi, your first issue is not a bug. The interest in extension is only from the player's side (not their club as well), which is visible if you hover over the tooltip next to 'Yes' in the screenshot. However, we do agree that the inbox item could be worded better to make it clear that the club has rejected the extension. We can look to make this clearer in the future, thank you.

Hello, this is not a bug, you are playing in 'Real World Mode' where contract renewals will occur on the date they occurred in real life. -

Hello, we don't believe this to be a bug. Intermediaries are going to offer you players they need to offload, it's up to you whether you want to sign them or not.
