Hello @antinuke Looking at your save, you have 22 scouts and 23 recruitment focuses all of which are set to 'Ongoing' which mean they will never end, so that's why you can't make any new ones. I would recommend hiring more scouts, reducing the amount the focuses generally and not having them set to 'Ongoing'. -

Hi @Stuniverse It seem to be an issue only affecting Derby for some reason, we have the issue logged but as it's only affecting one club it's not the highest priority at the moment. Apologises for the inconvenience.

Hi @jacko5 I took a look at your save, unfortunately there isn't much we can do as these issues are being caused by your custom databases changes of the super low level English football pyrimid. We can't offer support for issues caused by custom files/databases. -

U21 Tactic Issue

Hello, this is a known issue that happens when you don't start a game with an U21 Squad. Unfortunately we won't be able to resolve this in this FM Cycle. There is a get around, if you retire as your current manager then 'Add New Manager' back to your team you'll then be able to select an U21 tactic but I understand that is not ideal. -
