Hello, we have been unable to reproduce this internally. Could we have some more information on how you're using the rule? Also, could you attach an editor file where it doesn't work as expected?

Hello, apologies for the lack of updates. This is something that should be resolved for our winter update. Unfortunately because this was a database issue, you will be required to start a new save file for the change to take effect. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello, in the attached save it says that you spoke to that player the day before. Loading up an earlier save and the option is there to talk to the agent.

Youth competitions history not showing up

Hello, sorry for the late response. This isn't a bug, it's intentional to not show past youth winners/history even if the editor data is filled in. Having youth winners/history would add increase the size of the database. Furthermore, reserve competitions are often changed, reformatted or scrapped. Maintaining the additional data, would be very complicated to keep up to date. -
