  7. Hello, we're very sorry for the inconvenience, we're working hard to try and get this resolved. If none of the recommended solutions are working for you, it might be worth playing the game in 2D mode for the time being.
  8. Hello, this sounds like it may have been a weird issue with the Time Machine process rather than directly with the game. In terms of the face packs, can you try removing your cache & preferences folder as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997644231185 Then in preferences untick 'use caching to decrease page loading times' and tick 'reload skin when confirming changes'.

  10. Hello, do you have a save from before the match so we can investigate? Can we ask, did you do anything during the match, such as leave and enter contract negotiations with a player for example? And how long exactly was the 'awaiting media reaction' loading?
