First can you try Verifying your Game Files as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997753543185 and Removing your Caches and Preferences as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997644231185 If still crashing, could we please get your save file, your DxDiag file as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997195057553 Plus any Crash Dumps you have.
